Product Introduction
This tire shredder designed with new technologies, low speed, high torque operation minimize the noise and power consumption whist high throughput rates. The shredder blades are made from best quality steel and heat treatment by Bodycote for optimal shredding performance. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of tires, output, final product. The shredder can process pre-cut OTR tires, truck tires and car tires from 1ton to 20 ton per hour.
The tire shredder is designed to shred the whole tire into scrap rubber chips (50-100mm).The rubber chips can be application in energy recovery, civil engineering and also used as a coal additive for industrial boilers
The two shafts of this tire shredder equipped with blades driven by two electric motor rotating in opposite directions, which efficiently cuts and tears tires. This tire shredder recycling plant also equipped with a split cutting chamber and a recirculating system to ensure uniformity in final output size.
All the shredder blades are designed with different material, hardness, and shapes according to different clients' requests. The blades of shredder are made out of different materials depending on cutting application, usually use wearable metals as 6CrW2Si, 42CrMo,SKD-11,D2,DC53,LD,Cr12MoV.Spark shredder blades are mainly used in recycling processing for shredding and crushing waste tire/plastic/wood/metal/car/PCB board recycling and could provide output products like chips(50-150 mm),mulches(10-30 mm),granules(1-mm),powder(30-120 mesh)and other size as customer required.
The shaft of shredder are members intended for transmitting a torque along shredders’ axes and for supporting rotating shredder machine components. Our shredder's shaft is applied in our shredder equipment to fixed our blades and make them rotate in certain rate. To better match our shredder machine we create the unique shape design and material chosen.
Our tire shredding recycling equipment system is proven turn scrap used tyres into high quality, nylon free, metal free and uncontaminated rubber granules. This plant is designed to shred and recycle passenger car, truck tyres and OTR tires and have a capacity ranges from 500kg to 20Ton in one hour and process 1-6mm rubber granules. The Rubber crumb system also utilize a variety of conveying and separation technologies to minimize product losses, maximize efficiency and maintain a clean operating environment.
