dude put the bench a little more in the middle because if u ever come into a situation were u cant press it up u can try to go backwards but u can hardly go forward if its on ur neck

@56Demon Definitely save up and get a power rack with some safety rails then. I lift alone, too, and it's saved my life a lot of times.
