    Sir, I have learnt maha bandh from Isha Inner Engineering Programme. They have taught this in a very different and elaborate technique. And they advised us not to do it again separately apart from during Shambhavi mahamudra. Can you please throw some light on this as to whether I should practice your technique separately or not?

    Sir u said don't for hernia patients but this vacuum i heard that is good for strengthening internal wall of stomach. Reduces risk of hernia.

    Sir apne btaya ke 4 bandh hote hai lekin apne mahabandh ke bare me nahi btaya, kya moolbandh, uddianbandh or Jalandhar bandh in 3 ka mila jula roop hi Mahabandh hai please btaye.
