You dont have to ask, you just want to ask questions everytime XD but thats a good one. Silver rathalos and gold rathian are actually very different in terms of LS playstile: against gold rathian you should play sacred sheathe+ sakura/ tempered spirit base because she gives a lot of openings, while silver rathalos moves and attacks a lot and so you should play the counter style aiming on its legs to make it fall. When it falls you can use sacred sheathe but it wasnt convenient in a soeedrun scenario, you should really use it after it glows up to knock it down from the blue flame phase asap. If you can break the head fastly i think an helmbreaker playstile may be good against both of them but not sure.
