Nice video - subbed! Really curious about your setup with fermenting in kegs and how it compares to this Brewtools setup, so looking forward to your upcoming vids! 🍻
Great video, Dave! Good advice. I just picked up a MiniUni 30+ and am working on accessories. I really like the Brewtools pressure kit, but also like the 4" tri-clamp lid with the 1.5" port. Wish I could find that for sale in the USA... Morebeer is the only place I found one similar, but is missing the PRV, which I believe is a must have for safety. Which top kit do you use more often or prefer? I imagine it depends on if you are going to dry hop that batch.
Thank you so much :) Seems like my timing with the video was spot on! 🤣 Exactly, that's dependent on the batch I brew. However, in general I like the pressure kit a lot. And I recently discussed it with my friend who also ordered the 30l+ how you can dry hop during the tale end of fermentation without a hop dropper. Of course, not as sexy and sometimes undesirable but it can work. Having a PRV is definitely very important. But with the 1.5 " port on the lid you could add a tee and there you could add a PRV. Also, a bird was tweeting that there might be a new lid in the making 🧐 🤐
Well, I hear you. It is definitely a lot of money. But as you brought up the Apple comparison; my last Mac lastet literally 14 years and I did heavy video and photo editing with it. I feel if there’s value to something, it’s reasonable and worth to pay for it.
@@wickedbeernut Well and I do get it. Not everyone needs / wants all these features of a true unitank. Maybe there are brewers who are happy to bottle straight from the tank and bottle condition. You can go as much you like and pay for what you want.
Beautiful beer cave man! Just subbed👍🏼
Haha thank you, I am really happy with the looks of the brewery :) And thanks for subbing. Aprpeciate it!
Good stuff Dave! I appreciate the excellent content.
Thank you Derik for the kind words! Appreciate it :)
Nice Dave! Happy brewing! 🍻
Thanks buddy! Ditto 🥳
Hey nice video at first I wasn't sure about Mini Unis but now I can see the benefits especially once they are wall mounted.
Thank you Gary. I totally agree. It’s a game changer now they hang on the wall.

Thank you, appreciate it 😊 yeah I am definitely working on it and maybe get it out until the end of the year 🍻

@@pjoter2243 🤣🤣🤣🤣 true hahaha 😆
So Brewtools is like Apple - first you pay much for the main thing then you pay for the every accessory

This is more true of the Brewtools MiniUni+ than the Brewtools F-series. The F-series is as complete as any unitank on the market.
