Like just to put into perspective, im very very athletic and able to dunk a basketball at 5 10. I was actually good enough to play university football and basketball but even in those sports unfortunately faced a lot of discrimination. Unfortunately, if you're a minority you face such an uphill battle in the west. You cant simply be better,you have to be miles ahead for the system to give you an opportunity.

If you're indian its really really bad. Honestly asian guys are doing better than they were 10 years ago but still you have to be way above average. People always talk about height and looks but for some reason people don't realize and understand the impact race has.

Also something I think you miss out on emphasizing to these young men fit, is the proper mindset to have when going into talking with women.
