Exactly the same problem here with the XD bicep panel. I tried filing the peg and the hole, but it just didn't want to fit, in the end i had to glue it :D

i bought the red blue and white box but i didn't have any issues about loose parts besides the loose thruster at the back pack, and also the 012 has the best stand than the xingdong i think,
now im waiting for the other two 012's i ordered online for custom builds,
