She doesn't go around doing humanitarian work out of the goodness of her heart. She does it to get attention, praise, and to cover up the evil within her. They say in psychoanalytic theory, people who overcompensate for how evil she is inside. It's a further layer of protection to keep her hidden. You're obviously a young person.
