It looked like a string-lining event. You need to put the heaviest cars on the front end. I would move the autoracks to the front, the empty center beam cars, and the gondolas to the rear.
Investigation finds that the crew refused to correct a known placement error on the track resulting in a string line derailment. Results: Engineer terminated and license revoked for 60 days. Conductor was terminated and license revoked for 90 days.
