Seems like a legit list to me! We really enjoyed the Eiffel Tower restaurant when we went with PJ a few years back. But tops for me will always be The Golden Steer for the excellent food, service, and old school Vegas vibes.

Wow we have not been to half of those. Mon Ami Gabi and Giada almost made our list. Hugo’s was very good but I think being in the cellar with no windows kinda gave it a cafeteria vibe. Several on your list that we really want to try soon. Thanks for sharing.
We want to go to so many of these! Especially the Library, Picasso, and Sinatra. I saw lots of espresso martinis on the tables 🤣🍸. We recently went to SW and could not have loved it more. Great video and suggestions, thanks! (Was that Scott, 32 and single?)
This is a really pedestrian, boring set of selections. Steaks, big deal. Steaks are not special. Lago, Tapas, Jaleo, so many better options than another overpriced steak.
