- Nostalgia Drags, what a whopping day at the strip! This is probably the loudest video I've ever posted on this Channel so far.....and proud!
I spent roughly 6hrs at the track and there hasn't been a single moment that I was feeling bored or tired of it. So many different classes of vehicles, Gassers, Old Schools, Muscle Cars, Dragsters, Wild Bunch 7s cars....One after another the drivers were smashing it and giving it like there's no tomorrow. Pure adrenaline, fun, sweat and fumes to be smelled. Oh and the noise, oh boy those earplugs served me just right!!
I've been to this event before but this is the first time I got super close to the action thanks to Bay Rodders Tauranga. Amazed and thrilled to say the least, I hope y'all enjoy it as much as I did!! Comment your fav moment of this video down below, let's see what catches your attention the most...

@@musclecars.universe my uncle used to have a dodge charger and a challenger yes he drag raced and it was a lot of fun and excitement watching him go at it with other racers who thought they could have won he has a lot of trophies

When cars like these belch and fart the sound AND smell is sweet! Even sweeter when they roar! (Burned rubber smell not always pretty though!)
True but I still cherish these moments before the electric takes over completely.

If it does, then it is obvious that the "free" market, is not so free and/or most people most of the time are easily manipulated dolts, and the "free" market capitalist system is indeed run by a relatively small cabal of people who run both the left and the right of the political spectrum, and the rest of us "proles" are just "enjoying" one Hell of a ride, on one Hell of a "Merry-Go-Round", in which case go ahead and despair or just start tuning in to the Kardashians or the ball game. (Or cute puppy and kitten videos on UA-cam.)

Great video! Thanks very much. Yes, this is early October 2021 and I missed seeing, finding this chanel before now but I like, and I sub'd. In the early walk thru of the cars I couldn't help seeing/hearing a few unblown cars drivers working the pedal trying to imitate the sound of 'blower surge',, too funny 'cause I remember doing that too back in the 60's in my 1963 Pontiac Bonneville. My Bonnie had a 389 with come pistons and a 'full race' Melling cam so it sounded pretty good for the day. Not ll that quick BUT when I got it to the freeway,, katie bar the door cause that big ol beast could fly! Speedo only indicated 120 but the ol Bonnie coul bury that needle and keep on pulling. I'm supposing it may have topped out around 135, perhaps 140 with the 3:23 rear gear.

You're taking way to long to get to the racing. Can't see winners, times or speed. Improvement is needed you can do it.
Thanks for your feedback. Just keep in mind this is a videolog channel, not a racing channel. For that we have 1320video which can't be competed with.
What's the point? Cars at the starting line doing burnouts. No times, no winners, & no speeds. Rather short sighted in the production of this video.
Thanks for your feedback, I'm just 1 person doing all the work and this was my first time at the track. I create content for 6 different platforms and rather than getting one thing perfect I prefer spreading the word around the world of what New Zealand can offer with its pristine car scene through the most ways possible. Next time I'll make sure I have another person at the end bit. Btw this is no racing channel, rather a videolog type thing, but again I wish I had more good feedback like yours. It helps me grow and improve. Thank you!
I think racing in electric cars will die you like watching TV with the sound off that's what it'll be like with electric car
I'm very hopeful and optimistic with the research that Porsche is doing into synthetic fuels that have nothing to share with fossil ones. More eco-friendly and sustainable while performing better than usual.

I know buddy I'm with you on this but it's just me and we can all agree I can't be in two spots at the same time. Also the GoPro I use for Ultra HD 4K vids have limited zooming capabilities so yeah that's it really.
