This is actually my very favourite hair growth ingredient. My Carrot oil and shea butter mix grew my hair from mid-neck length to the middle of my back in only one year. I honestly swear by carrot oil, but not many people know about it.
@Anita King hey, no I don't but you can make it so easily. -I use store brought pure carrot oil. -pure vitamin E oil, a small amount of pure olive oil, and unrefined shea butter. - whip them up together without heating anything up, and it will become a nice soft butter that you can use on your scalp throughout the week. Give yourself one month to start seeing growth results, god willing. The more I used it, the more my scalp reacted well to it, and it just grew so fast every month. The base should be the shea butter, and then carrot oil. Add a small amount of vitamin e, and a small amount of olive oil. I hope this helps.

But after a while, I would apply it much more, even on the 1st day of my protective style, just because I know that it grows it so fast. I don't remember exactly when I started seeing results, but it's something you have to stick to. Not a quick 1 week fix. However, once you are consistent, god willing, your scalp will also thrive with It. Whenever I have had to grow back my hair from a bad kertain treatment, etc, this mix never fails me tbh. Remember not to heat anything up.

Love using carrots on my hair and skin. I used to make my own diy hair mist which was amazing in hydrating my hair and was making my hair grow faster but they only con for me is I always experienced an itchy scalp after a couple days. So I started only using my hair mist before wash day which did help the issue. After watching this video I think I am going to go back to making my hair mist and will now try making the oil to use when doing scalp massages and I will just try water washing my hair after two days of putting it on my scalp.
@UnivHairSoleil3 I'm going to try making it with coconut oil. I always use olive or avocado oil when making my growth oil or just to oil my scalp. I'm going to use coconut this time

Thank you ! 🤗 It will dissolve if the room temperature is above 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit). It can last up to 6 months. You don’t put it back in the freezer after each use. You can leave it outside.

Hi Sis ! Yes you can mix carrot oil and onion oil. You can infuse powdered hair growth herbs for 3 weeks minimum. The infusion can happen faster though but it depends on the herbs and oils you use.
Hi! I tried this recipe but my carrot shreds neither curled up not turned brown. I followed the recipe to the T. I simmered the mixture for 3 hours and nothing changed . Is it still good? Thanks
Hi ! You don’t necessarily need the carrot shreds to curl up. Just make sure there is no water in your oil and that the orange color is transferred to the oil. 🙂

I'm having problems with them growing on my face and near my eyes in the last few years. I absolutely hate them! Is there anything you can share with me/us that can at least help prevent their growth? I figure if anyone knows you would❤
I had a question about your previous flat twist stretching video. I'm wondering once you take the flat twists down and style your hair. Do you put them back in before going to bed? Do you continue to use the flat twists each evening as a method to keep hair stretched until your next shampoo?
@@UnivHairSoleil3 I put olive oil and grated carrots inside a slow cooker, left it a few hours and then strained them out using a milk strainer. Around two weeks later I noticed a blob growing in the oil which got bigger and bigger so I assumed it was mold. Strained it out again but it grew again.
I made this and I put it in a glass container. The remaining I put in a plastic container. After a week, the one in the glass container was milky and full of some kind of growth. It was both beautiful and creepy. 😂 The plastic container didn’t spoil. I don’t know what happened 😮

Buy pure carrot oil instead. It also works really well. I'm in the UK and the two brands I use are Fushi and Baldwins.

Yes you can use a very small quantity for your locs. But I advise you to use more natural gels like flaxseed and aloe vera gels.
What if i don't have coconut oil
Isnt processed oil harmful for hair, any way to get cold pressed carrit oil without heating ?
How do you stop it going moldy? My oil began growing mold even when kept in the fridge

If you buy 100% pure carrot oil from the store you won't have to worry about this
@@rachaelb2729it’s because there is water in the carrots. You should dehydrate the carrots in the oven or buy dried carrots instead.

There was probably moisture left in the carrot shreds. It will create fungi if all the water from the carrots is not totally gone.
