It’s time for the REBAG Pt 2 video! It’s really unfortunate that there have been so many bad experiences with REBAG. This time, I want to share some personal experiences plus some reviews from the BBB and purseforum.

Thank you for sharing my story and others. I can't tell you how many people have reached out to me about what has happened to them. I've filed complaints with consumer protections services in NY and PA my home state. This is different then the BBB because it can actually result in them being investigated. Funny thing is I was a "diamond member" the highest level customer. I was also featured on their blog. It seems that doesn't matter much to them anymore. Glad you are informing others.
Sending a bad check through mail is a federal offense. Using the mail system to commit fraud. Lawsuit.
Ugh! It’s bad enough these consignment shops are buying low from us and selling high, but now this!
I did buying from Rebag in the past and bought a Chanel denim tote. I held it for a few days and returned it because the price was too high to justify what it was. Recently I tried to do a trade but the amount they were willing to give me was so low.

Never bought from Rebag but I did see them offering a van cleef piece at the same price as a brand new piece available online on VCA website😐
Yea, most of there items are priced that way which is weird and with trades they don’t take into consideration the value of the item you’re trading. Those offers don’t make sense to me 🤔
Rebag rejected my mint condition 2018 LV Neverfull MM and, my Alma PM and, a Mountsouri backpack GM. I also was rejected for a Pochette Metis. Thank goodness I did the pictures and not send it to them. They were all accepted by Fashionphile and they gave me a great price. I only got a fake from The REALREAL and I will never purchase from them again.
What is very sketchy with Rebag is that they sell all their bags on Ebay and Poshmark. The prices are lower or higher than their website. I looked at a speedy that was 1600 on the website then almost 1800 on ebay and then on poshmark offered me 1500. Rebag did not know that I had purchased this bag and traded in my LV speedy for a new speedy. Luckily I cancelled the order as you have one hour to cancel. They still today are trying to get my bag from me. I will never ever buy from them knowing they are going lower on other sites for their bags on their website. Slimey!
Was going to buy a Chanel bag from them… I’m in Australia, it said no international returns. Decided to leave it now after watching these videos on UA-cam about Rebag. Glad I’m saving my money and potential hassle from them
Late to the party, but that has never shut me up. I am wondering if your Kelly was rejected because it is a more expensive bag. I was doing a deep dive on luxury watch licensed resellers and learned that they don’t necessarily take the most expensive watches because the more expensive watches take longer to sell. This ties up a lot of their cash. Therefore if you are looking to buy a very expensive watch on resale, the inventory may not be there. If you are looking to sell, they may decline or give you a low offer. Wondering if this is happening with bag resellers too. I have only ever bought a pre-loved bag online once. It was a vintage Chanel from FarFetch. It was a great experience. I called customer service to ask why there were no condition reports and the rep said it was because they only sold very good and excellent bags and they got their Chanels from a trusted store in Tokyo. The bag I got was almost perfect and exactly as represented in photos. My only shock was it arrived to my mailbox with Chanel clearly printed on the package. The horror. Clearly, the Japanese are very trusting.
Never sold with them but bought a couple of times and thankfully it worked out great ❤
But I may have to move on and keep the positive at that.
Rebag just stole my Chanel bum bag. Said the box was empty when they received it and told me they can't file a claim with fed ex. They revived my other one and I asked them to send it back and I'm terrified. I have a lawyer that reached out & I will take this court. This is such a scam!!!

That's insane. I got my Louis Vuitton bum bag from Rebag, on my YT channel. This was my first time purchasing from them... and all went well. I never sold my bags on their platform before though....
I feel like the only usefulness in Rebag is their instant offers so you can see what price the item would go at resale in reference.

Great video and love your hair💕. I think word is out in the bag community b/c rebag pushed their 20% off coupon hard the past week, daily emails. Whereas yoogis did 15 and FP 10%. I thought hard about a B35 i was eyeing, but in the fine print, if you return the bag, its NOT COVERED BY ANY INSURANCE. So 10k spent, send it back…it gets stolen or damaged, and i am out 10k rebag? Hard no. I bought one on fashionphile instead.
A Canadian reseller just went under and FP purchased all their bags….tbh i will not be surprised if rebag goes under at some point. Its a tough economy, and if a business has no integrity and does not value its customers, a lot of us will take our business elsewhere. Even realreal insures returns.

My video idea is what bags generally are buying opportunities. It could be rare ones that are now available part 1 or part 2 things that are dropping in price and/popularity shifting.
I only purchased from Rebag while I am at the Miami store.

The fact that Rebag responded to one complaint and not the others says that the other complaints were likely legit. You can’t dispute something that’s factual. LOL. What were they supposed to say?

I will never buy a use bag from any of those businesses/companies your return on your purchase is not worth it. They have to many issues 2 is to many, me and my opinion this a rip off $14,000 is a lot to loose.
