Thank you for sharing the video online and It was very uplifting! The part of the video I enjoyed was seeing the very special talent of the architect/planner of the floor-to-ceiling windows, which by the way is becoming ubiquitous in all of the new construction in downtown San Diego since the new outer state developers(most coming from Settle Washington) set their site on Southern California. Enjoy and happy paying rent ! If you are facing south and the landlord installed shades that helps somewhat , but concerning asking to install block sun drapes but the heat will alway be there until sunset and the electric bill raises with sun. Just something to think about during apartment hunting Millennials, etc. FYI: I prefer renting on the north side(no sun but just day light) of a high rise and east side(sun rise to Noon no more direct sun) but if nether is available west is the best for me and I will just deal with the sun set with a small amount of heat until sunset(summers are longer with time and fall shorter with day light saving time), but south side I will pass on just to think about when choosing a high rise unit to rent and never buy, and giving that it cloudy sometimes and with climate building more and more this is why I call apartment hunting "climate control apartment hunting" due to the temperature raising globally causing flooding too.
AAAAAAAMAAAAZING New apartment!!! the windows are EPIC! this apartment is very Kate! Tho I'm gonna miss the Cloffice!!! ENJOY!! boyfriend looks chill!! looks like he was enjoying the drive.
I know these exact apartments they are across the street from my house and I had no idea they had floor plans with floor to ceiling windows. def considering moving here now, its what I've been looking for
I am going through a move myself at the moment. However, our new house needs much work. I am currently sitting in an empty house waiting or various contractors to show up and tell me how much it's going to cost to do this or that. Your new apartment is lovely.
We both work in tech. No, not planning on buying any time soon - idk where we would want to live for longer than a year or two yet, so still just figuring it out.
I lived in a high rise like this in Seattle. Everyone seemed to have a professional degree: doctors, lawyers, tech, finance or they had family money, a few business owners. That was back in 2008 to 2019. No one had kids, but most had dogs and cats lol.
What an amazing apartment. It looks more like a condo. I like that the bedrooms are apart separated to each end of the unit for privacy.
So happy for you! Your new place is gorgeous. You're going to love waking up to those breathtaking views every day. Enjoy! 😊
Those windows are everything! Enjoy your new space together:)

What high rise is this?
What career would I need to afford a high rise like this?

What building is this? I’m looking for something similar right now
