Echo Tix it’s not as easy as u can think. I’m dissapearing too, because I suddenly feel hatred againt myself. I feel like they hate me too, like I don’t deserve them, I lose all trust in people crying and crawling in my sheets, refuse eating, drinking and even showering, dealing with suicidal thoughts for days. My friends are well aware of that I sometimes feeling like that and they are forcing me to come out of bed, talking to me, or call my therapist. Mental ilnesses aren’t that simple. If I could stop, I would. I’d love to, but it’s impossible without treatment, which im going trough. And it takes time. It’s not like I go one time to therapist and now I’m changed. It’s not my choice that I dealt with childhood trauma and it made my brain like that. Nobody should go trough what I went, but u should at least try to understand us. If something really scared you when you were child, arent you scared of that still? Try to imagine how it can mess with you, if you went trough abuse from people who should protect you as a child. It really makes your life living hell and trying to make yourself better is a long journey. Hard and painful journey.
