Hey guys! I hope you're all well, I'm sorry it took some time to show you something new but here we are again finally.^^ This is the first song I finished with my new setup, it was really a pain to get it all working the way I want/need. I have like 5 or 6 other songs that I attempted before this and they just didn't sound good to me. I'll see what I do with them, maybe I will manage to turn them into something nice in the future, but I don't know yet.^^
Anyway, this is a new song in my "moon" series, it's the 3rd song now with a moon title, after Moonsong and Moonchild. I won't explain anything about it, but if you have a creative mind I would LOVE to read what you imagine to be behind the 3 songs.^^

ANY school projects have automatic free permission to use my music, no license payment is required.
If the project is commercial, meaning it makes money in any way (except UA-cam and twitch, see above), you would have to buy a license for the music you want to use. The license payment would be small in almost all cases except for big budget productions. It would be a one-time payment, so you can use the music you bought forever in that project. It does not give you any rights over the music however, so remixing the music, re-selling it etc. is not allowed.
Giving credits is also necessary in commercial projects.
Please note that "for free" only applies to the usage license. Music is my full-time job and is where 100% of my earnings come from. So no matter what you use my music for, whether it's commercial or non-commercial use, I appreciate that you purchase the music instead of downloading it for free. Many people misunderstand this part so I need to clear this up. I love making music, but if everyone would just get it for free I would not be able to pay rent, so please understand. It was always my dream to make enough money to survive with music being my only job, and that is only possible because of people who go and buy that music.
Remixing, sampling and other forms of altering the original song into a new piece of music is also generally not allowed unless the remix is 100% non-commercial and labelled with the original title and author of the song (me). Adding bird noises, nature sounds or similar things are allowed. Nightcore alterations are also allowed while non-commercial and labelled with original title and author (Google "Nightcore" in case of confusion).
So if your project is non-commercial or a UA-cam project, just give credits and there is nothing holding you back from using my songs. ANY song you want. =) If it's commercial stuff just write me a personal message or an email at adrianvonziegler@gmx.ch and inform me about the scale and details of the project and we'll make a deal.

I have recently made a very good experience with collaborating with other artists and am now - carefully - open to requests. Please note before sending me a request that any agreement will have to assure me a high level of control and independence over the composing process and certain copy- and intellectual rights over any composition that has been created on request (this entails for example that I can still upload and sell any music that I composed for a given project).
Important:
I do not allow my music to be used in any project that has a clear political, racist or discriminatory message or is pornographic. By that I mean anything that goes from direct political, racist or discriminatory videos or underlining speeches with my music, onto remixing my melodies into a song that has lyrics with clear political, racist or discriminatory message and similar things that clearly promote these things. Same goes for explicit pornography. Media with nude art is allowed, if not pornographic in nature and purpose.

Every day, we get closer and closer to 2 Hours of Celtic Music by Adrian von Ziegler - Part 3
The future is a bright one, indeed.
"Moonsong is full of Moon's healing ability and its mystery. This song plays by the Moonfolk almost every night."
When night falls, the sun leaves its place to it's lover, whom it couldn't reach. When the peaceful darkness, adorned with stars, that surrounds all the livings, moonflowers begins to shine bright like the Moon. Then the folk starts to play the songs for health for enjoy and for to greet Moon. But especially when the day come, they knew that Moon is gonna give its blessing to a child.
This child could be newborn or a teenager or just a loved one of someones.
"Moonfolk song plays by the Moonfolk at the events like Moon's blessing, growing up ceremonies, rites of giving thanks to Mother Nature etc."
When the purple-violet coloured moonflowers, that only blooms at night, turned their faces not to the Moon but to a child, they understood that that child was the one blessed by the moon. The fact that the child has received the blessing of the moon brings them responsibility.The child, who begins to live her life in this way, uses the ability of the moon, her hair turns white, the color of her eyes changes, and in the meantime, she gently leaves her childhood behind. Now she is a Moonchild, just like the moonflower that blooms only at night, her life begins with the darkening of the sky.
"Moonchild song plays at the nights when the Moon is not there to comfort the Moonchild." Since she is the only one with this fate she needs someone to rest her head and soul onto while healing living beings...

Moonflowers represents Blossoming in Dark Times. Unlike the other flowers it uses the creatures of the night to live, such as moths (which are amazing creatures) and bats.
So i really like the bond between Moon, Moonchild and Moonflowers.
While Moon known as a light source, has heal ability and worshipped for centuries by lots of people, Moonflowers are like an another form of the Moon that lives in the Earth, in touch with all the living beings. And as a result when the Moon decides to give a piece of its being to a living being other than Moonflowers its give that piece to a child, a young human being.
Sorry for writing such a long comment but every song by Adrian makes me write stories longer than this and I can't help myself :))

I've been listening to his music since 5th grade. Now that I'm in college, I relisten to his amazing songs and I'm immediately transported to my childhood.

I am uncertain how you, a mere human, can create music that can help make long term memories. If I need some memory converted to long term, boom, listen to one song and that memory is diffused throughout the song like a peppermint teabag in hot water. Not only is the specific memory there in photographic detail, I also feel, smell, hear, taste, and literally see the memory played out before me. Not only that, but if another memory gets tied to a song with a different memory already tied to it, it simply "steeps" in with the previous memory with the above senses. All the emotions I experience with your music are forever ingrained into my very being. Wonderful music, and it even helps my nana with dementia *somewhat* hold onto memories, too. Thank you!

Years ago, when I was a child, I let my father read them. But then, I started to feel embarrased (I don't know why) and I don't let anybody read them.

I play music. I wish I could write better, though. However, I do woodworking and I feel most creative at night. In the past I have stayed up past 3am in the dead of winter doing wood sculptures while listening to your music. This moon series is especially good. It brings out my nocturnal creativity 🌙

I love the acoustics as always, the expression placed on every notes by every instrument, takes me on a journey of extraordinary depth and emotion. I am always in awe by your melodies, and every aspect of them, the way they are introduced and rise and come back down again, it's just exceptional. Also your use of reverb is just amazing here and the way it creates so much atmosphere and extra energy for the sound, the flute it so beautiful over the top working as a harmonious lead for the rest of the elements, the choir also works so beautiful for it as well, this is absolutely gorgeous, the dulcimers are my favourite for steel strings too, and just add that stunning crisp and present energy to the song. The bag pipes are also madly inspirational and always work as the perfect intensifying lead after the flute, and then even more so when both of these instruments come back together to both be the lead in the most highly anticipated part of the song. Such a masterpiece
