I'm still confused. My cousin's wife has had three and in six years has never appeared to have a problem just tossing a blanket over, feeding the baby and just chilling with the fam. Nobody looks, nobody cares, and I've never seen a belly. So what is this product and who needs it?

There are standard, supportive, cooling and ADJUSTABLE pillows on Amazon that will blow a padded shirt out of the water for pregnant sleep comfort. Who wears a friggin dress to bed with sheets of bubble wrap or packing foam in the front? COME ON

We felt sorry for the guy, he was shocked, stunned, lost for words, embarrassed, motionless, and looked humiliated.
