Very well executed, the driver shows how positioning of the vehicle is critical to minimising the number of corrections required to complete the manoeuvre. I would definitely like to see the same manoeuvre carried out perpendicular to the bay on the open side (perhaps with an uneven yard surface to add an extra challenge). Great filming angle too.
Clean and simple awesome. I remember doing a run to coke in eastern creek Sydney and the security asked if I could parallel park my double while I wait for my slot in one hit. I had a 26m set up westernstar 4800. Now that was showing off.

What is so difficult reversing straight? Big deal. Usually we don't have a football field to position the truck... Should have reversed turning right at the same time, that would have been something.
That Wasn't bad I back 23metre b doubles n NZ on 90 degree blind side hahaha make things worse with a long wheel base western star with fat offsets on the front which is probably 10x worse than a Volvo to back
omg how incredible he reversed in a straight line! lol an absolute beginner could do this. Maybe go to a metro DC and do the same reverse from a tight 90 degree angle onto a dock or better still a finger dock.
@@malayrojak keeping a 19 and 20 Meter combo straight is not an easy task, much harder than a 25. sometimes we have to park where the 4th and 5th trucks are from the left, we have to skew in and still do it in one shot. 90 deg reverse is only when I park it on Mickleham Rd to go get fish and chips :)

Not really. I learned to drive a garbage truck at 14 years old with right hand steering. . The hard part is passing other vehicles on two lane highways.
Damn this guy got it right! He never stops turning the wheel, that is how you keep your double straight! He set it up, and made it easy for himself

very good thanks ,, its great driver , you Excellent company
I myself like others can tie these things into knots & look good doing it.. it looked very cute in a straight line lol
yeah they are easy to back just about anywhere.
Manobra inteligente 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
I drive a 20 meter as well, they're good fun
These are my dreams 💪👏👏
With a yard the size of Texas, even I could do this!
You are a dolphin. You'd just jackknife the trailer.

nope, once you get above rigids very rare to have a camera at the back of any combination
In South Africa we even reverse a triple with a turntable

B trains are easy to back at a right angle.wot is difficult about backing straight
Id say it's pretty easy as you backed it in a straight line. Try a finger dock and backing it in on an angle. Nice work non the less
exactly.. this only impresses noobs.
I could do that. Except for the backing up part.
I would still be there, and this video is 3 years old
