Zeroing Multiple Bits

  • We will look at a file that has several bit changes and how to zero different bits in between toolpaths. We will be looking to zero these bits in a fashion that they will line up with each other so we do not see any material discrepancies. This training will take you through the steps and methods for changing bits and aligning them during the cut process.

    Could also Z zero to the table surface in the same location. Table surfacing Z zeroing takes out any inconsistencies in material thickness.

    I did run into this issue on the last sign I made. I had LOTS of clean up to do. And... I didn't use that 1/2" for the large area clearance so it took forever. Do you have a recommended bit for that? I need to purchase one for my next sign.
