    One time I heard sentence which says if a person give your time to you respect them and love them and value them because the time is the most valuable thing that an individual could have.
    thank you very much for your time and effort and a special thank for you to offer these lessons for free because some students don’t afford to buy online English courses.

    I’m a native English speaker, idk why I’m watching this but you have amazing charisma. It’s also cool to see explanations for why we use certain phrasing for things in English. Like it’s stuff I don’t even have to think about as a native speaker and it’s cool to relearn stuff I haven’t thought about since middle school. Keep up the English learning journey everyone! I know you can do it!

      Same here but I'm more of a fluent english speaker. It's quite interesting to see how intuitively I know so much without knowing the actual rule on why it is the way it is.

    • @henryseidel5469
      @henryseidel5469 Рік тому +17

      Of course as a native speaker you do not have to think about the proper answer because you do it intuitively. A foreigner always compares everything with the structures of his own language so that the two systems interfere - and therefore makes mistakes sometimes because he transfers structures from his own mother tongue. A German speaking English will always have some problems with word order, an English native speaking German usually has problems with gender and articles within syntactic structures. So what ?
      Yet I think smaller mistakes do not really matter - the main point is international understanding.

    • @lia1t2a3
      @lia1t2a3 Рік тому +5

      How humble you are, even as a native you recognise you need to bush up what you've learned at school👍😊

    • @henryseidel5469
      @henryseidel5469 Рік тому +8

      Just try to learn a foreign language, and you will see how difficult it is. Have you ever tried to learn Russian ?
      Explaining Grammar to a foreigner is always different from explaining Grammar to a native speaker. The intuition of the native speaker is always different (easy going) from a foreigner who has to think about rules to avoid mistakes.
      This is true for every language in the world. Unless you have been brought up bilingually.

      @SHOOKIE-us3nm Рік тому +7

      @@putrinadi7154 Hey! Your message didnʼt come to my attention; please excuse the delay!
      For reaching C2 level:
      • I do check out English movies, sitcoms, animations, shows, etc., on a regular basis.
      • I study a grammar book, which is named “Advanced Grammar.” That book helps one enhance grammar skills.
      • I have a wordbook related to advanced vocabulary.
      • I exercise everything I study as well.
      Plus, if you want to become an advanced speaker, you need a clear pronunciation.
      Pronunciation Improvement Strategies:
      • Shadowing: “Shadowing” is an advanced language learning technique that can be used independently by learners to improve their intonation and pronunciation. Itʼs quite a simple concept: you listen to a model (i.e., a video or audio of someone speaking) and repeat what they say in real time.
      Is the shadowing technique effective? Yes, shadowing is great for developing speaking fluency in English, especially the physical aspects like pronunciation, prosody, and rhythm. Several studies have shown that it can be an effective way to improve speaking skills.
      You can also call it “the imitation exercise” or, which I like the most, “the echoing exercise,” where youʼre just echoing what someone else is saying.
      To do it, you can imitate any speaker whom you think has a great accent.
      Iʼd say, imitate Angelina Jolieʼs accent. Just search “Angelina Jolieʼs Interview” on UA-cam to find her. She has a brilliant, clear accent. By doing and doing and practicing, youʼll become a clear and confident advanced English speaker.
      Tips for doing it:
      ■Find any interview of any speaker whom you think has a great accent.
      ■Echo the person pausing the video.
      ■Practice it every day.
      • Find out “tongue twisters” on Google and start practicing them.
      The most famous tongue twister is “Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled pepper.”
      “Tongue twisters” play a significant role in English pronunciation improvement. Some experience them as very painful, tedious, and annoying. However, many find them fun, joyfully challenging, and exciting.
      • Record Yourself
      When youʼre practicing speaking in English or reading an English book to improve your pronunciation, record yourself through the “Voice Recorder” app on your phone. If we want to improve our pronunciation, we should become more aware of our voice, and we can achieve that by recording ourselves and then listening to it.
      • Understand the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet)
      Consonants: ua-cam.com/video/olM1mm66YPw/v-deo.html
      Vowels: ua-cam.com/video/tpR5GdKXpGc/v-deo.html
      I trust this will provide you with the help you require. Thank you for asking!

    Hey, I was just going through this video for fun. First of all I should say, great content and really well explained! So, I liked your video as well. With that said, I noticed a small grammatical mistake @9:42 in Beginner A2 Question 9. You did explain it later about "THAN" However, I believe the beginners would feel much easier if you had the sentence structured as "He is taller THAN his brother, but his brother is more intelligent." Just wanted to let you know so that beginners wouldn't be confused. Cheers!

    Because that is very confusing for me.

    • @ravelanone9462
      @ravelanone9462 2 роки тому +3

      “Either” means one of two choices. For example, “You may have either an apple or an orange.” Choose one, because you may not have both. “Neither” means not one nor the other of two choices. Example: “Neither apples nor oranges are available today, sorry.” Both “either” and “neither” apply to TWO choices only, not three or more.
