The Darkin Blade in the shot where the triceratops turns around to look at the t-rex look to the left of the triceratops, trust me they did a good job hiding it but it's still there
Triceratops was built to fight rather than run and was armed with some of the greatest defenses ever know on a dinosaur. The robust rhino-like legs allowed for great center of gravity and better fixed into battle position of would be near impossible to knock down. The short front legs allowed for better, swifter turns and positioning of its head. Triceratops also had a very flexible ball-shaped skull connection to its neck that meant it was always able to face its massive sharp horns and frill at the direction of any predator very quickly. Triceratops horns were massive and made from bone and thick keratin; very capable of killing any large predator. Unlike some ceratopsians, the frill of triceratops was immensely compacted with extremely durable bone and thick keratin over it; shield the neck very well. In addition, it also had an immense body with similar mass to tyrannosaurus. *Side note:* Some paleontologists are even now hypothesizing that most of triceratops body (or at least its back and tail) was actually covered with thick sharp quills due to some skin impressions with supposed quill-marks. It is however only evident on the backs and tails on ceratopsians, but they may have been very useful additional defense; especially against smaller or weaker jawed predators. To combat this, tyrannosaurus evolved the strongest jaws ever to walk the earth with massive 8-12in bone-smashing teeth. Tyrannosaurus also had a relatively large birdlike brain to better react and plan better. In addition, tyrannosaurus had excellent binocular vision and perception of depth; allows very precise attacks and to immediately see enemy vulnerabilities. It also excellent center of gravity due to its hip and leg design with tail structure. Tyrannosaurus also had a highly notable, very thick, robust and durable body; traits of a very brutish, resilient and fight based animal. *Side note:* Some paleontologists speculate that tyrannosaurus may have also had its own form of a septic bite. This theory is based on the jagged, cup-like serrations on tyrannosaurus teeth. Every time a t-rex teeth sank in or ripped out of a victim's body, small pools of blood may have been preserved in the serrations. Keep in mind that a lot of its teeth were too big to stay in its mouth and would men the blood would stay and even age outside of the mouth; very different than the septic saliva theories for komodo dragons. Thus, the next time a t-rex bite a prey, the prey item runs the risk of having deadly infections, depending on how much aged blood was in the serrations of the t-rex's teeth. Imagine several jagged infectious spikes sinking deep into your flesh. Infection would practically be inevitable. However, as I explained, it is not perfect, but likely effective. *TL;DR:* Basically, triceratops and tyrannosaurus have coevolved specifically to take down each other, if need be (which t-rex would have been almost always instigating).
Juggernaut K. Captain too much info, not that important. In simple words: Trex bites hard and causes as much infection as a dirty stick, triceratops moves its horns around. Actually, komodo dragon s lethal bite isnt all due to infection. It does have venom glands.

3:21 if the T-rex tripped over the tail of the anky and fell onto the trikes horn how did they end up in that position? Wouldn’t the anky be behind the rex?
The reason T. rex could overpower both was because plant life was almost wiped out. The two herbivores were starving, on the brink of death. 40 days after impact though, T. rex could still scavenge off of dead bodies and kill other carnivores for meat if need be. Can you guys stop shaming the T. rex for dying like that? The documentary literally states that it died of starvation and since it was so weak from lack of food, it couldn’t stand after killing the two dinosaurs, so he died, so please stop saying it’s embarrassing, try going 40 days with little to no food and being able to act all fine.
Actually, when the Rex's leg was on the Trike, it (the trike) could have shook its body violently to cause the Rex to lose its balance and knock it over!
I agree with you completely. The common prey of predators are defenseless herbivores. Saying that the most common prey of t-rex is ankylosaurus and ceratopsians would be like saying that lions prefer to eat rhinos and elephants more than zebras and wildebeests - ridiculous. :)
When I saw the ending I literally burst out laughing. That is the clumsiest T-Rex to have ever been computer generated. At first I thought they were just going to show it falling over and comment on how that was essentially death due to it's tiny arms which couldn't properly support itself but then all of a sudden, boom horn through the neck.
Yeah, but the Troodons were the winners in the end outliving the Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Anklylosaurus along with hadrosaurs and other carnivores and herbivores and they outlived the dromaeosaurs, proving to be the possibly last kind of dinosaur.
Am I the only one who would have liked to see a battle between the Triceratops and the Ankylosaurus? It would have been an interesting dynamic, herbivore vs herbivore
1:41 why is the triceratops just standing there like he wants to die? I know that they were weak when the asteroid hit the planet but at least the ankylosaurus tried to fight for its life
I could just watch this over and over and still never get sick of the epicness of how the Tyrannosaurus was able to beat the Triceratops and Ankylosaurus. The only part I didn't like was when it tripped, I mean, come on, the T. rex killed those guys, and now it's just going to go to waste? He earned those two meals, and it wouldn't have been so clumsy, either. But still, I really like how this video turned out.
"Yet, the extinction wasn't a lottery. One factor more than any other determined the dinosaurs' fate: size. On land, no animal weighing more than 25 kilograms survived. There just isn't enough food to support large animals. Ironically, it's the very thing that made dinosaurs so iconic that condemns them to extinction." - *John Hurt,* _Planet Dinosaur_ Episode 6: "The Great Survivors"
Two things. One, they definitely would have trouble. Both would be a close match. Two, at least with the Ankylosaurus it was starving so couldn't fight as efficiently
After seeing Clash of the Dinosaurs, I'm surprised the Rex in this clip fought the Trike after losing its eye! But the Triceratops probably had the best defense. To think that all this carnage still went on after the asteroid hit... But mammals were hiding underground during all this, right?
The Triceratops clearly had time to turn its head toward the T.Rex after it the first ambush bite towards its horn, but the creators just had it roar at a rock while the T.Rex leisurely walked around it and delivered the finishing kill. The Ankylosaurus stood no chance due to how it was set up with no food and only defensive weaponry available, although the Rex shouldn't have had the power to just lift it like that.
1. The trike probably reeled back from exhaustion you try moving a 6 ton weight after fasting for 40 days 2. During that 40 days the any would have lost a lot of body weight from starvation
So this ancestor of reptiles and synapsids was like some kind of missing link between reptiles/synapsids and amphibians but had a mostly reptilian look? Do you know what the esact species name is? I can't seem to find it.
Actually, when the Rex's leg was on the Trike, it (the trike) could have shook its body violently to cause the Rex to lose its balance and knock it over!

Now, it's amazingly done... but, as others before, the fact it chases after the ankylosaurus instead than simply eating the already killed triceratops leaves me quite doubtful...
Most likely a Triceratops. Although Ankylosaurus was built very well for defense, that was about all it was built for, if it were a head on fight, Anky wouldn't be able to do a thing since it's only weapon is behind it. Meanwhile Trike could likely be able to ram into Anky and topple it over where it could pierce it's soft underbelly and likely kill it there. Although these two likely wouldn't have actually fought, that's the most likely outcome.
_And here we see another Jack the Tyrannosaurus, ironically he shared the same fate as the Jack from Dinosaur Revolution._ *_They both got their necks impaled by a dead Triceratops horn._*

Imagine if you're in a dinosaur apocalypse and you suddenly hear the territorial bellows of a pissed off triceratops at 0:39, 0:50 and 0:54. Yeah, I'd be hauling ass out of there, but I know that triceratops ran at 35 mph, so I'd jump into a tree or hide behind a rock.
Imagine dying to a literal dead triceratops after winning💀
Trex: im gonna find more dinos to eat.
Ankylo's club tail: Not today
Dang I never thought a T-Rex could ever kill an Ankylosaurus but this looked so realistic, it probably COULD'VE been a possible prey for T-Rex!
3:05 you can see some moving things background
That was the ankylosaurus r u dumb
@Shadow Studios that's 1 year ago dumbass
I know I'm mad late but pretty you just saw the anky
2:52 this was the most Brutal and traumatized part I ever seen in a dinosaur documentary and can't believe it was remade for Dinosaur revolution that scene always haunt me😨.
why does the t-rex just leave the tricaratops?
he just wants to get everything over with, cuz if he left the anky alive, it might troll with him and tail whack his leg as he eats
for some reason the t.rex had no plan and go for the pro and that did not work and he die
Matthew cass instincts he saw the ankylosaurus moving and instinctively tried to attack it a behavior observed with modern predators.
To make it not a paragraph of bad English:
The Tyrannosaurus was Driven by instinct and hunger and went for the anklyosaurus.
Because EPIC FIGHT
1:52 that scream cracked me up sounds like a guy getting triggered
So many bad votes allready?! LOL.That was fast :D
Thats what we call dislikes
Actually, when the Rex's leg was on the Trike, it (the trike) could have shook its body violently to cause the Rex to lose its balance and knock it over!
Imagine winning a 3v3 brawl and then tripping over your food and dying
Exactly my thought, lmfao. My thiught was "why would the tyrannosaurus not finish the anky off completely before going anywhere? Idk this doesn't make sense to me
1:53-2:00 those stock sound effects tho
1:30 - dinosaurs fighting while playing unfitting music
Y’all need to understand if the herbivores weren’t on the brink of dying because of how hard it was to find some grass then they would’ve whooped T rexes ass
one of the most epic scene of any dinosaur doccumentary ive ever seen. this looks like something from jurassic fight club.probubly not very realistic, but who gives a shit when a fight is this badass
1:18 is the most badass picture i've ever seen in my dino-loving life!
At first I thought they were just going to show it falling over and comment on how that was essentially death due to it's tiny arms which couldn't properly support itself but then all of a sudden, boom horn through the neck.
bludman2 no it uses it's arms for balance, which is surprising considering the size of them.
bludman2 no it was exhausted from the lack of food
Well, Clash of The Dinosaurs was nothing but a recycled clip show anyway, thus why they melded 2 animations they had together for this silly scenario.
if they had decided to work together the T.Rex would've been history
Actually this document was very unrealistic t-Rex normally wouldn’t even pick a fight with these two
0:58 who saw that extra triceratops😂
Me
Replayed the same clip
Lazy animators
I love that bloody battle!
Alright then! We'll call it a draw!
I think the T. rex win.
The bush won
Monkeypuzzles and horsetails won too. Hehe won too, get it? 1 2.
Nishit you are a fat dick
Great Video !!! What is the name of this Documentary ???
Did this happen after the meteor?
ninjayoshi790 Yes
ninjayoshi790 yes it did some dinosaurs survived but then they all eventually went extinct
Nope.
KALOS619 except for birds
absolutely
This is the most intense looking t-rex I've ever seen
I sure do miss them.😢
You and your older siblings fighting for the last pizza slice 🍕
If I'm going down I'm taking you w/me fool. lol
Am I the only one who would have liked to see a battle between the Triceratops and the Ankylosaurus? It would have been an interesting dynamic, herbivore vs herbivore
1:41 why is the triceratops just standing there like he wants to die? I know that they were weak when the asteroid hit the planet but at least the ankylosaurus tried to fight for its life
Fr like the triceratops literally TURNED AWAY from a adult starving tyrannosaurus which is a incredible dumb move.
that t.rex has to be the most badass rex of all time also the 1 eye thing reminds me of dino crisis 2
Fight with dino!
Super cool;))
I could just watch this over and over and still never get sick of the epicness of how the Tyrannosaurus was able to beat the Triceratops and Ankylosaurus. The only part I didn't like was when it tripped, I mean, come on, the T. rex killed those guys, and now it's just going to go to waste? He earned those two meals, and it wouldn't have been so clumsy, either. But still, I really like how this video turned out.
T-REX WAS A killing machine. Work of Art by God Himself.
You're thinking of the platypus
god was trying to get rid of dinosaurs!?
studd11 still don't know why God created dinosaurs but it was the best thing he ever made lol
"Yet, the extinction wasn't a lottery. One factor more than any other determined the dinosaurs' fate: size. On land, no animal weighing more than 25 kilograms survived. There just isn't enough food to support large animals. Ironically, it's the very thing that made dinosaurs so iconic that condemns them to extinction."
- *John Hurt,* _Planet Dinosaur_ Episode 6: "The Great Survivors"
New Dhar Mann vid: Trex kills more than it needs to, instantly regrets it.
BLOOD-IS-EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
Awesome vid dude! Keep up the good work =)
Acting as if either of the herbivores would have any trouble killing a Trex by themselves
Two things.
One, they definitely would have trouble. Both would be a close match.
Two, at least with the Ankylosaurus it was starving so couldn't fight as efficiently
So ridiculous yet so badass. Rule of cool at its finest.
All he wanted to do is eat... :c
+TyrannWright I see you everywhere holy shit
the motherfucking sapped scout
I am God.
TyrannoWright life is not fair
TyrannoWright the ankylo and trike just want to live :c
TyrannoWright that's why they have weapons
Where you found this film ??
What if the herbivores actually managed to survive this battle? What if all three of them survived?
God that's like the 2nd time a T. rex has fallen onto a Triceratops horn. LOL.
Ah, so this is the prehistoric Hamlet.
Lol Daniel shut up this was awesome
After seeing Clash of the Dinosaurs, I'm surprised the Rex in this clip fought the Trike after losing its eye! But the Triceratops probably had the best defense. To think that all this carnage still went on after the asteroid hit... But mammals were hiding underground during all this, right?
I can't find the full one on UA-cam
It's all an uncomfortable triangle of blood! #DinosaursLivesMatter
The Poke'Saurus it's a comfortable triangle of blood to me
Fucking hell I finally found it
0:59 The Triceratops anonyme
Getting recommended decade later kinda crazy but still cool
The Triceratops clearly had time to turn its head toward the T.Rex after it the first ambush bite towards its horn, but the creators just had it roar at a rock while the T.Rex leisurely walked around it and delivered the finishing kill. The Ankylosaurus stood no chance due to how it was set up with no food and only defensive weaponry available, although the Rex shouldn't have had the power to just lift it like that.
1. The trike probably reeled back from exhaustion you try moving a 6 ton weight after fasting for 40 days
2. During that 40 days the any would have lost a lot of body weight from starvation
So this ancestor of reptiles and synapsids was like some kind of missing link between reptiles/synapsids and amphibians but had a mostly reptilian look? Do you know what the esact species name is? I can't seem to find it.
If the ankylosaurus wasn’t starving the impact of the tail would’ve broken the t-rex’s leg
True
Exactly
Actually, when the Rex's leg was on the Trike, it (the trike) could have shook its body violently to cause the Rex to lose its balance and knock it over!
@@jasonlau4423 by then it's neck was alr broken
I love this video
I just love how one video says that the T-Rex is a very clever and calculative dinosaur then this one just happened to be a total clutz. Of all the ways to die...
Where can i watch the whole documentary?
Ok, now that was a bit scary.
*Side note:*
Some paleontologists are even now hypothesizing that most of triceratops body (or at least its back and tail) was actually covered with thick sharp quills due to some skin impressions with supposed quill-marks.
*Side note:*
Some paleontologists speculate that tyrannosaurus may have also had its own form of a septic bite.
*TL;DR:*
Basically, triceratops and tyrannosaurus have coevolved specifically to take down each other, if need be (which t-rex would have been almost always instigating).
+Juggernaut K. Captain you copy pasted that
Juggernaut K. Captain long
Soo dark and soo epic
Now, it's amazingly done... but, as others before, the fact it chases after the ankylosaurus instead than simply eating the already killed triceratops leaves me quite doubtful...
0:58 there is a another triceratops behind the first one and now later it's gone very strange 🤔
That’s what happens when they don’t check their stock footage thoroughly enough.
2:52 certified BRUH moment
Hi Rick also I watched your speckles the tarbosaurus videos
_And here we see another Jack the Tyrannosaurus, ironically he shared the same fate as the Jack from Dinosaur Revolution._
*_They both got their necks impaled by a dead Triceratops horn._*
Yes
If the T Rex was strong enough to finish off the Triceratops and the Ankylosaurus, it should've been strong enough to enjoy a good meal before collapsing dead from hunger.
Ankylosaurus was the last on breathing so it would of won but died of blood lose and hunger
i used to watch this all the time as a kid
2:47 NO ONE MESSES WITH THE KING
massively cool dino fight!
LETS GO TRICERATOPS AND ANKILOSAURUS
What a cool video!!
