Hello, to become a trainer you have to be Store Manager rank it's the first rank that can attend trainings and train. Work your way up by working hard and earning promotions while shifting!
I do not believe that is true... you do not get demoted if you mess up, I have plenty of training session videos on my channel where I demonstrate how trainings should run if you'd like to take notes, but don't stress out about it!
