- Hey everyone! In today's video I film me, a Store Manager, training some trainees at BloxStreets training session! This was the 11PM Session for those wondering!

Not sure if u still play, while training. When you tell an LR fails because whatever reason, do you kick them or should they leave by them selves?
Hi yes I do! You kick them aka dismiss them from the session, making sure to inform them they are more then welcome to attend a later or another session to retry!

Tysm for this!I just got promoted to store manager and i wanted to see an example of what i would do! Also how do you like get notes that dont dissappear when you click on roblox?
Of course! Glad I could help thank you so much for watching!! For the notes, I split my screen and do notepad on one half or you can do the document that you can copy and paste from which should be accessed by the staff channel called staff-guides on discord I believe, where the training guides for trainers are, I just copied and pasted the guide from their document onto my macbook air notepad! If you're on mobile I'm not sure how to copy and paste, try looking up a tutorial! :)

Hi I'm a store manager and I was wondering how you make it where it selects just the line and not the whole note. Love ur vids!
Hello! All you have to do is highlight what it is you're trying to select with your cursor or finger depending on what device you're playing on! That's how I do it at least, then I just copy and paste from there on my laptop!

Void transaction means you delete their items and the customer does not get their items back

Hello! How do you use commands? Yesterday, commands weren’t working but even so, how do you use them? I just do /e :kick for example
Hmm I'm not sure why they weren't working, however, I press my ' Key to privately execute commands and just type "kick user" for example.

Hi Aurora! Yes you have to verify you're human basically and your roblox account through BloxLink in order to join the communications server. Follow the steps to verify your account and you'll get in just fine! Hope this helps!

You can find it in blooxstreet guide 2024 scroll wheres the trainers sayings scroll little you will find 3 green texts and those are the 3 green lines!

How do you make the training guide on your screen?
Hello Noah! I switch it up, some times I'll do split screen and use my computers note pad, some times I'll use a google document, sometimes I'll use a notes app, it really depends! Whatever works best for you!

Hey I wanted to ask how do you become the one that trains the trainees in bloxstreet?
To rank up to Store Manager you have to work hard at the Department store and shift for chance of promotions! Or collect points and rank up through points.

You need the guide . You can join anytime.
Hello Sparki! Congratulations on your promotion! No need to apply for trainings, as long as you are in the Blox Street Communications Server, you will be able to attend any of the training session times and help out! Hope this helps let me know if you have anymore questions!
Where do you get the guides for trainers?
Hello! Once you become a Store Manager or higher you will be able to train, and you can find the guides in the discord communications server!

What if your on iPad how will you copy and paste or can they narrow it?
Great question Thomas! From what I hear from friends, you highlight the guide from the document and paste it into a notes app, and from there you can edit it to your liking, then in your iPads settings I believe there's a way to auto paste. If this doesn't make any sense, feel free to look up a tutorial on how to copy and paste on IPad/Mobile devices!

Hello! To become a trainer you must be a Store Manager, SM is a MR rank (middle rank) and the very first rank that can train trainees at trainings! So you pretty must just have to work your way up the promotion scale like I did! :) Unless you purchase points with robux and buy the rank you wish to obtain! Hope this helps let me know if you have any more questions.
There was this guy that was training me and others but he let the text stand for only 1.5 seconds. He said I failed bc I didn’t do it right. LIKE, EXCUSE ME? YOU ONLY LET THE TEXT FOR 1.5 SECONDS AND THEN MOVE ON TO THE OTHER TEXTS? LIKE- HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WHEN “YOU” LET THE TEXT STAND FOR 1.5 SECONDS??

Hello! What is the website you use for the training guide because I just use the notepad on windows but I liked how your’s looked.
Edit: I also prefer Lofi music.
I use the Notes app on my MacBook air!

@@pimpjohn33 You could always use a google docs document to copy and paste the guide from I find that to be cleaner then the windows notepad, I actually made a video on me making a guide on google docs, if you'd like a copy let me know! I have one for the trainings guide and the in store guide for all of the departments.

Hello Oliv! Yes you absolutely can attend other training sessions! There are several sessions hosted every single day, if you don't pass one session, you can always attend another and try again!

Hello! There is no way else, you have to have discord to be an MR+ for guides.

I’m a trainer and I wish I could join! Btw you can’t get promoted at shifts as store manager. I didn’t know u can kick as store manager. Edit: This helped me get better at my trainings.

You can get promoted at mass shifts or trainings, either way you MUST be promoted by an SHR

Hello, no worries, it does tend to happen! If you have proof you were passed, (for example, a screenshot of your trainer with their username and them saying you passed), you can dm an available HR+ on the communications server and they can further assist you.
Are the trainings the same for all ranks?
yes.
No not for all ranks, for LR's (Low Ranks) you attend trainings for chance of promotion, if you pass the training you'll be ranked up. For MR's (Middle Ranks) it depends on which rank you are within this scale, I'm an MR myself, however, once you reach Store Manager (my rank), you can attend trainings as a Trainer (You'll be the one TRAINING the LR's). As you work your way up the ranks (From activity/devotion), eventually you'll become HR which dependent on the rank, you can either Host or Co-Host.

Today I did my first ever training. I was so sad that my first training I had to kick someone for incorrect order. Otherwise it was super fun training them. Love the video and keep it up no one shows videos of training sessions and finally u did. Thanks!!❤❤😂😂🎉🎉

@@Emixqiia btw the training guide is not considered as leaking so no worries! :D leaking is just for HR stuff like the staff punishments chats, hr announcements, hr-room and etc.
