This short video features highlights of the Magical Forestry Tour for 2024, a genuinely unique hands-on tour to a stunning World Heritage Area in the Kii Mountains of Wakayama, Japan. This area is well known for the sacred Kumanokodo walking trails.
We join a local community to harvest tea, undertake conservation forestry, visit farms, hike the kumanokodo, learn Zazen meditation, visit sacred shrines, take a lesson on Taiko drums, a boat ride and much much more.
