It's crazy awkward that the 1st runner up is not given due honor with a crowing as MUSA. The poor girl's competing in 3 months at arguably the most prestigious of all pageants.
I think Natasha is going to Miss Universe because Anne and her new rules started last year and when Natasha went to Universe she was a runner up and new rules were not applicable then.
That would unfair because there are so many girls like that then everyone would join national pageant again and win it and represent. There are certain rules that needs to be followed.
