Except they took my $270 for a preorder on a backpack, never sent it and won’t answer any of my emails or DM from instagram..

I had a similarly terrible experience with their non-existent customer service who never answered emails - sent from two different id's to make sure atleast one reaches their inbox - even after weeks. I did get my products though. Their products are good, but customer service is absolutely pathetic.
