Let me know if you have any questions about my fender job and let me know in the comments if you would like to see the new project build! Thanks for watching! INSTA: OverlandingOzarks
I actually just cut my rockers out . I had that same rust spot , but a lot worse. I cut the outer rocker and the inside out . Then I left the back pice of the rocker so I could push a rectangular tube all the way back to it. Next I welded all the way around and top coated with raptor liner. I gained almost 2 inches in ground clearance too.
I know this is a stretch I am disabled an you help me with this. I can pay you not a ton but I want to set this done 35 inch tires would help me a ton.
I watched your first video and the rear fender cut freaked me out. But the way you massaged and patched new panels in was really impressive work!
Great recovery! And good job!

Can you put on a lift and bigger tires without (trimming) fenders and making the jeep look like crap ???

Looks good! I did something like this on a 4runner once and I foresee doing it on my ZJ at some point. I am not looking forward to it haha.
