Let's talk about mistakes.
We all make them. Recently, I had an issue with a title company in Florida. 🏞️ I thought they could do a double close with the buyer's funds, but it turns out they couldn't. 🙅🏻‍♀️ I'd already given the seller and the new buyer the escrow and title company information, so I couldn't back out.
I had to use my own funds for the first part of the deal 💸then quickly do a double close to get reimbursed. 💰It's a bit of a hassle, but it's a lesson learned.🔥🧨
