- UPDATE!: Ok, it seems like people keep mentioning that I should post a video of Venom II. But... I did this in September. I've set up a video response to my older Venom video so that no one will keep mentioning stuff similar to "Hey, this is the EASY Venom, try doing the HARDER one".

Ok, since my frustration in Corneria has grown to a furious standstill, I've decided to upload this upon request of Polterguist666 (and I'll just continue practicing Corneria untill I bust through that 306.)
I did a GREAT job on Bolse, earning me a personal best of 283, as well as on Venom I with a 250. There were a few GLARING mistakes (one being my bomb missing an ENTIRE group of enimies right after the 1st wave of enemies).
Despite that, I got some decent HIT+'s that kind of made up for it in some respects. Enjoy!

Slippy: “Fox, are you OK?”, even if the robot is down for the count by defeating him in Venom.
I wanted to know why this stage wasn't after Area 6.
But still, this was the best stage to wrap up the game...
I don't recall ever being as good as you at this, but this video reminds me why Lylat Wars (SF64) was so brilliant. It's a shame I chucked the old N64.

no matter what everyone says, this andross was by far the scariest boss ever, with that robotic laugh and the way he charges at you!
And let's not forget the fact that he pulls you too his mouth and chew off the wings of the Arwing. Gives me goosebumps.

At 2:00, I thought Fox will collided with Peppy's ship, otherwise Peppy will shouted, "Watch where you're flying!", even in most Corridor Mode as well as All-Range Mode. I have done before as I going for a hard medal in Venom 1, via Bolse. After getting a medal in either Venom 1 (easy path), or Venom 2 (hard path) and put my initials on it to completed the game, it is unlock the Landmaster tank in Battle Mode, when I used to play Star Fox 64 many years ago.
Aww, I didn't get a good look at the Andross Andriod! Hey, Zallard1, I'm just curious, but who's your favorite Star Fox character?
I usually have to use the "smart bomb" trick. I need practice. Your too good =)
I always think I'm really good at a game, then I look at the good ol' Internet and well... yeah....
Thanks for posting this video! This is just one of the two levels that I have trouble getting a medal on and I was able to pick up some tips by watching this. (Area 6 being the other one)
Let me tell ya, I barely scratched by sector Z with alot of frustration. I had to take the warp so Katt wouldn't steal my points...it's too bad Falco does a good enough job on his own.
P.S. I know I suck compared to most people...

When i was a kid i thought fox was swipers brother
He can do an unlocked charge shot, which shoots a charged laser without locking to any enemy. I don't know if this actually speeds up the charge, however.
Imagine both andross fighting you both in final form then both fused and then they let out a massive self destruct putting you at 1 health then James saves you of course barely escape a second and need to boost out of the tunnel as their is a 1 minute timer

I used to be like that when i was little too. mostly hard but easy version really scared me. I remember going in another room because of andross himself.

I think I got his head destroyed befor slippy gave me his shield analysis. If that's true then it depends on the golemech with his blocks and your path and how you use the boost. I may have used a bomb or 2 I can't remember.

In the 3DS it's 150 for Venom I.
You inspired me to play again, there's just one problem. I looked everywhere to find this game (I lost mine years ago) the guy at game crazy said that if they got one he would call me. Think I should just buy one off ebay?
download project 64 emulator. plug in xbox 360 or ps4 controller. play.

It only turns red when you enter the tunnel, I'm pretty sure

its out on the wii now, if you have one, download the game for 1000 points. (you need a classic controller or a GCN controller though)
no cheat to auto kill anything, but there are cheats to make ur charges faster and all your attacks much stronger

Android Andross still looks like a deformed Gremlin. Such an epic end boss, though never as good as Brain Andross.

200 is for Venom 2. 150 is for Venom 1.
I've managed to get hit 15+ on the golemech. Only once. I'm trying to figure out how I did it though. It looks impossible but I did it. I just wish I had proof

inakilbss, it's 200 points just like Venom 2. Even if you score more then 150 points in Venom 1, you still don't get a medal because the numbers are blue instead of red. If it is red, then the medal will exist. Plus have Falco, Slippy, and Peppy present with Fox.

then why post a comment completely unrelated to the game in question? try playing your 3ds tho, it's 200 in both venoms
One thing I never got is why the game doesn't register a medal for the easy path by highlighting your kill score on the easy path. Watch the vid to see what I mean.

you ppl play this too much to know exactly whats go come. also like falco said "dont get too close" DONT EXPERIMENT ULL GET STUCK ON IT (its like a 25/75 chance that ull get stuck on it gettin hurt BADLY)
you should do this on expert mode. it is alot harder. u did an amazing job though.
pff lier, i've even done that exact same thing (no joke) and i still at least saw the explosion clear up also another thing i've noticed, the speed that ur shots charge at are also impossibly fast, ur able to fire off 3 charge shots befor u can charge one normaly
yah he is easy, but u killed him too fast for it to be possible, like u didnt even see his 3rd form, the blast from the first one hadn't disapeared yet
not even playing heroic mode... ugh thats lame
Heroic mode? You mean EXPERT MODE.Also,this video was made 12 YEARS ago,when Zallard needed yet to learn things
