This appeared just in time for my morning cuppa! Banging! Also, if you're looking for magazines for your review series have you thought about d20 by yumdm?
This is one of the nicest comments I've ever had, so relatable to me. I haven't heard of that magazine, I'll have to have a look and check it out. Thanks for the suggestion.
13:00 the PAN was already a thing in SR4. 23:20 Not sure about SR5, but in SR4 it was fairly easy to secure a PAN: Use Skinlink, which instead of Wifi uses the natural conductivity of the user's skin to transmit signals. Or - if so desired - mimick the contact-areas of older editions. Edit: The more nefarious variant of securing a PAN would be to install some Black IC on your device. If a hacker happens to enter, they are getting a very warm welcome.
I'd kind of remembered that when recording, but my GM didn't bother with any matrix stuff in our 4e campaign, so I wasn't sure. The skinlink I think can be hacked if you've got an active comlink on your PAN, so be used as a point of access.
@@RPGGamer Not really - which is the very point of Skinlink - not to be confused with Smartlink! Skinlink is all about turning that normal PAN into a non-hackable skin-network.
I've had a read through some of the Adventures based on the movies, and they're pretty darn good. Sadly not the winner of the poll, so I'm not going to get a chance to look through the Rules this time.
I might be spoiled by Dungeon Crawl Classics rule books. It's a disappointment. The 500-page rule book in full color is impressive. It should be the industry standard for the price. With that said, the way they are introducing Wi-Fi to shadowrun is in the right direction if you had to modernize the setting, but I still prefer the setting to be a retro futuristic 80s to early 90s setting.
I have no way of finding rigger black book shadowrun. I.would.need ciphers of maximum vehicle handlings on earth air and water.besides, the most plated/armoured vehicle, and the fastest airfighter jet(or the fastest plane if is not fighter). Im creating a "hybrid monster" no matter the cost" Weights and HP would be perfect for calculatings. Thanks, shadowrunner fighter, my pal. We will se on the matrix
Not sure what you're asking for, but if you're looking for the Riggers Black Book, a google for "shadowrun rigger black book pdf" will find it for you really easily.
Ah Shadowrun 5E. The epitome of 1 step forward, 2 steps back. The setting everybody loves and nobody likes to play because of the ridiculous amount of dice-rolling.

A 007 game sounds interesting.

While I do appreciate the retro stylings of the original editions, I do find 5e pretty playable, and have enjoying my current campaign.
Do you will do a video about that?

Doing the Rules video today I totally got that, as for resisting damage I had to roll 24 dice, and just didn't have that many sitting to hand.
