Sounds like you're very prepared! I just hit my 1 year with mounjaro and down 113 pounds. I never got sick besides a few times I tried greasy foods so I'd definitely be cautious of that. Best of luck!!
Oh girl I’m jealous. I’ve gotten so big myself it’s ridiculous. Menopause combined with stress and lots of problem issues myself. I’m a Crohn’s patient (and still fat- who knew? 🤷♀️) but at 54 I’m really ready for some help getting my weight under control. A lot of people have been successful. Even my sister in law is on Wegovy and it did help her lose! I hope it works for you….and Dan if he decides to take a run at it again!
