I’m writing this from Chicago (I was on the Northwestern dance team!) and recently started dancing again in my 30s. Your videos have helped my turnout, kicks, and extensions look better than when I was in high school and my 20s. What sets you apart is that you’re yourself on camera and you tell it like it is: there are no shortcuts in dance. And you have an excellent knowledge of the mechanics that facilitate the art form. #highfive
Thanks so much! Another winner of a video, kayleen! The music was so relaxing and fitting for the theme of the video. With your tutelage, I'm doing my middle split so much better, Getting close!
I would really appreciate a video on how to prepare to go back to dance after you’ve been injured. I’m due to go back to dance in a month or so and I don’t want to have lost all my ability. Any advice would be so helpful, I love your content xxx
Hi! Very nice video thank you! I just felt like I didn't know what to do when you got into a split position. I don't have mine at all and could not understand and flow how I should get in a good position as somebody not really flexible yet. It would be great to have this part more explained next time :) Thanks for your work in any case! Momo
Do these types of videos regularly, 2 or 3 times a week to start with over a month or so, then work up to 6 days a week, and you'll feel the benefits. I am 50, and can still do straight splits 😊
So i danced about a year and a half ago and had to quit due to covid and other things and im starting again this fall, i was just wondering do you think if i do this routine 5 days a week will i be able to get back to flexibility before i had to quit?
This may be sort of a strange compliment, but you’re one of the only youtubers whose routines have music I actually enjoy listening to
I agree. It’s so calming.
I would like a ballet inspired streching routine or a streching routine specifficly for when your not feeling it That day

Also, I know I've requested it before but could you do a video for stretching with a partner, when you can? That would be awesome. Thanks!
