One thing I really enjoy about Michelle is that she'll repeat ideas for listeners, but use different words. That way, she can reinforce comprehension without sounding repetitive. She's a great instructor!
She is a great instructor. Everyone that remains at DS makes quality videos, but for some an intermediate video is just a dumbed down version of an advanced video, when it should be exactly as you described - lots of repeating different synonyms.

I really enjoyed this everyday life type video.
My typical day:
A yogurt parfait for breakfast. Today was Greek yogurt layered with blackberries and a little granola on top for crunch.
A Caesar salad for lunch with romaine lettuce, chicken, bacon bits, Caesar dressing, and croutons.
Dinner is the one thing that varies much more. Tonight we are having Spaghetti with garlic bread.

super util para aprender español, puedo entender todo! Y tienes una dieta relacionable (?). Hay muchos comentarios que señalan que tu desayuno no es saludable o que no necesitamos mas proteinas - y no estoy en desacuerdo - pero aprecio la realidad de este video! La mayoria de nosotros no come perfectamente. Y habia frutas y verduras y una comida cocinada y no creo que hay algo de malo en tener un poco de comida procesada si hace la vida mas facil y, por supuesto, con moderacion. Gracias por el video!

Para ele desayuno, como huevos y una bebida de leche de almendra con puré (?) de almendra. No carbohidratos para el desayuno para mí, pero muchos para la cena. Los carbohidratos que comes son disponible en tu cuerpo después una poca horas.

No es necesario comer antes de hacer ejercicio. Al contrario, la verdad es que es muy saludable hacer ejercicio sin comer. Es probable que su cuerpo entre en un estado de autofagia que limpia las células malas de su cuerpo. También puede hacer esto con ayunar profundamente.

I can't get my head around having such a huge gap between breakfast and "la comida". I'd be counting down the minutes. I have breakfast at 7, lunch around 12, dinner at 6pm. No snacks. But I guess you get used to whatever the tradition is in your country.
When I visited Spain last year, I tried following the Spanish rhythm, with a small breakfast at 8, lunch around 14 and dinner around 21. I ate an apple around noon and again at 18, but aside from that it was pretty nice. While I did get hungry at times, the apples made the hunger subside. I suspect that the protein smoothie gives a long lasting sense of fullness? Similar to eating a few eggs and a sausage for breakfast?
@@Zumbs I think the eating late would be the hardest for me as my digestive system really needs a 12 hour break or I have problems. But good to know it's possible to change!
The protein definitely must help. My blood levels showed I needed more protein so sometimes I'll have a protein shake and it keeps me full for ages.
Video has lots of empty time, walking around the kitchen and listening to music. could have been used to describe what she is doing, eating: cereals, milk etc. Second half of the video was a bit fuller, less music. And we DO NOT need background music when she is talking.

Todas las protienas necesitamos son ya en las fruitas y verduras. No es necesario comer mas. Actualmente, comiendo demasiadas protienas es malas para nosotros.

@@arnauddechatre6564 You are right. Cows are herbivores they chew on tough grass all day long. We can't digest grass and we certainly don't have seven stomachs or the ability to spend all day eating. We are omniviorous frugivores, who eat all kinds of fruit aand tender leafy greens like lettuce and a few nuts and seeds - like gorillas. Our digestive tract is in fact identical to theirs and we have teeth like theirs and hands like theirs to pick fruit off trees. So if we knew what was good for us, we've eat like them. In fact the people that do eat like them live the longest.
Hola chica, de verdad tu desayuno solo son productos ultraprocesdados y no es algo recomendable para la salud. Faltan muchos nutrientes. En mi caso puedo correr cinco kilómetros con el estómago vacío. No hay problema. Saludos
