Legendary weapons are so easy to find in layer 2 though, just a regular chaser run usually gets me either one lights final toll or an enchanted kyrs weapon and i dont even do most events outside the ones needed to escape and some that are fast and close

@@possiblyanomaly summoning storm is in no way op, just a buff to lightning and storm/breaker users, plus they could just give it a long cooldown so you cant use it too often having a legendary item as a one use that summons a fucking rain is like bruh
