Well that is a question of trust. Trust is defined as "knowing and predicting what person will do'". We do not like unpredictable people or animals. We can handle all 4 of those if we know which one a person is. We may like one of those more or less but we can "trust" them. It doesn't matter which one you are as long as the other person knows it. The moral dilemma is different once we input the real world human interactions in it.
