Hello Aleksi, you said that if you had surgery today, you would prefer Puresee lenses, and in another comment you stated that you wanted to change refractive lenses in 2-3 years. My first question to you is: If you put Puresee lenses on your eyes today, you will need to use glasses around +1.50D for close distance. So, can this lens satisfy you in terms of presbyopia? My second question is; Do you foresee a lens like Puresee in 2-3 years, with minimal side effects and more effective at close distance? I hope you can answer these two important questions of mine. Greetings from Turkey to Ukraine
Well explained sir. I have 2 questions please: 1)Can I use Clarion Vivity lens for cataract whereas I am a patient of Chronic Glaucome for more then 25 years? My age is 53 years and live in France. 2) when this puresee lens will be available in the market? Thanks
@@eva-mariehowe7801 Due to optical limitations, I think the spiral lens will still be below the vision quality of the puresee lens. Yes, it will definitely be superior to trifocal lenses, but I think more important new technological developments are required to offer monofocal and monofocal-like vision quality. I would be happy if anyone has different information and thoughts and writes.
I have seen video that people install iol lens more than once. can you stop or clarify why you said you can do it once only

The galaxy iol from Rayner will change the IOL landscape.
Its a major innovation.
Its too early for compelling data but it looks better than puresee.
I would really appreciate an informative video about the Rayner Galaxy, as having my eye on it, so to speak :-)

Now I'm just as smart as I was before watching the video. My conclusion: 10 minutes lifetime lost.
Thanks, I went straight here to see if someone had already decided for me, to leave as quick as possible… NB! Came back to write this.
