Joe's telling the story like its the most life-threatening experience while sitting in a car and watching from far away and sal's like yeah I was locked up in a room with tiger lol
I mean if they wanna talk about risky dangerous punishments, they made murr skydive and swim near sharks, they made Q get his backpack from an alligator.
It's funny, I worked with dogs briefly. I had a big collie mix. He suffered abuse before we rescued him, and he never outgrew rare spontaneous aggression. One time, he clamped down on my arm (right next to my throat because I was in a seated position). I had to pry his jaw open with my free hand and forearm, then immediately grab the scruff of his neck once I was free. It's a bit like how grabbing a wrist in martial arts lets you leverage the attacker, but a heavy dog's center of gravity is still lower than yours. I brought him to the ground on his side until he was too tired to lunge at me quickly when I got up. I didn't feel a single second of fear, even though I could feel his body tense up in discomfort before he grabbed me. I'm more scared of a dog that hasn't grabbed me than I am one who has, because if they haven't grabbed me, I haven't successfully put myself in a position where I can control the engagement. (Oh, and wide jaws. I literally just refuse to engage dogs with short piranha snouts. They terrify me.)
I have come across a couple of mountain lions, one of which had two cubs I didn't have the fear Joe was describing but I knew well enough to give it some respect and some space, I thew it some chicken I had on the fire and the one cat with cubs took it and left. Cats are cats I guess.
He locked that memory in the ptsd vault

He brings it up so late into the conversation too 😄 you'd think that's the 1st thing he'll say after Joe's mountain lion story
Sal had every right to freak out In that moment. I wouldn't talk to them anymore if they did that to me😂😂
You’ll never make it in showbiz

Thats how all the birds, squirrels, mice, and rabbits in my area feel. The rabbits moved after my cat got big enough to hunt them
What was with the turkeys and chickens at the end there lol
I felt that once before a few months ago 😇

People think dogs are the tough pet. A medium sized cat could end ANY dog
