I went to Anglian Chruch for a few years when our Son was in kindergarten to grade 2.
This Sunday I'm going to a High Mass..
I drove 1 1/2 hrs onecway for 9 years. When I found the Traditional Latin Mass I cried at my first High Mass.
Be patient, the Traditional faith is deeper and bigger than you can imagine right now. Take UT one bite at a time.
It changed my family 's life. I raised 11 children in the SSPX and their schools. I wish you well, stay close to the Blessed Virgin Mary, be humble and let God work in your life.

It is rated one of the BEST Catholic Colleges in the United States thanks to the dedicated Benedictine monks of St. Benedict's Abbey, dedicated Catholic presidents of Benedictine College, superior professors and students. Thank you Harrison Butker for delivering the 2024 Commencement Address at my alma mater. I was so proud of you! Continue speaking out for our Lord and never back down. I cannot believe your wonderful address has drawn the rage of so many and want to destroy you. It should have made national news because of the truths you discussed and not that others felt insulted by your words. I had a career and and was also a homemaker for my wonderful husband and two children. NEVER GIVE UP! God smiles upon you. God bless you Harrison.

I attended 11years of Benedictine education in Atchison . Strong conservatism strong love of my Religion. I grew up 2 blocks 🎉 from St. Benedict’s church, college, and Abby. I feel greatly blessed!!! Praise Jesus!!!

I have a niece that graduated from the nursing program there a year ago. she works at a hospital in Kansas City KS in the pulmonary unit. then I have another niece (the younger sister of the nurse) that actually only spent half of year down there this year because she spent a couple of months in Italy for a semester abroad. she is hoping to become a teen therapist / counselor.
They actually do have a TLM available on campus, but I think it’s only available on Sundays. I know this because I actually went to mass there last year when my brother and I went down for a KC Royals related thing for me and then he had a father / daughter dance to go to in Atchison. I insisted on going to the 8 AM Latin mass that they had on campus. It’s held in the Benedictine Abbey church. The pews there are huge.
@@roseg1333 Yes, we took religion classes. My husband graduated in 1968 and I graduated in 1969 when it was the twin colleges of St. Benedict's (men) and Mount St. Scholastica (women). St. Benedict and St. Scholastica were twins in their family in Nurcia, Italy in the 400s. The two twin colleges merged in 1973 to create Benedictine College. Mount St. Scholastica was located in the south of Atchison and St. Benedict's was located in north Atchison. Benedictine is located in North Atchison which was formerly St. Benedict's College. The building on that campus keeps growing and growing due the numbers of young people who want to attend that college. They realize how special it is! I will NEVER regret my liberal arts education from the sisters of the Mount Scholastica Monastery and the monks of St. Benedict's Abbey. Originally I wanted to attend a large university on the east coast. Had I done that, I would not be the person I became thanks to the sisters, monks, and all the dedicated professors of MSSC and SBC, now Benedictine College. 🥰❤🙏 ORA ET LABORA

Absolutely not - a bunch of their graduates are throwing fits over his speech, and even some of the nuns, the sisters of Mount Scholastica, said his speech was divisive and did not represent the school's values. This was an article today. No college is any good or worthy of our hard earned money. I will not be sending any of my children to them.

We are living in dystopian times! Simply crazy that there are people upset at what Harrison Butker said. In any other age, even among most pagans, what he said regarding men and women would be considered obvious. As for the Catholic things he said, anyone in Christendom up to mid 20th century would also consider it obvious.

I attend the Latin Mass ,all sundays and Holy days of oblagation.I am Catholic the one true Faith.
I cannot attend mass as I am bedridden but even if I could I would prefer to understand the mass. I remember as a child squirming through the Latin mass. Im traditional in that I take communion on the tongue not in my hand even though I cannot receive often due to my condition. Am I any less Catholic because I can't attend any mass no less a Latin one?
My father once told me that the greatest joys in a man’s life come from his children. as a father of five myself, I can attest that this is true

I’ve listened to his speech many times now. Can’t get enough. If only I (as a 51 year old woman) had heard a speech like this at 18/20 years old, my life would have been different and would have been for the better. What a world we live in. Whenever someone has the courage to speak the truth , all the ugliness of the Devil manifest all around us.
