ZeEnforcer How sad and tragic! I’m no expert but it sounds like maybe he had leg cancer one of my moms friends son’s had leg cancer a long time ago and thankfully he survived from it.
I love how when Clank gets kidnapped, they end with a song called "Let's Celebrate". This also sounds like a song at the end of a movie. "Don't go anywhere! I intend to kill you just as soon as this song's over." - Tachyon.
I thought that to,but the song may be in reference to former Insomniac staff member Dan Johnson, who passed away in 2006,sometime during tools of destruction's development.
He got his inspiration from the Johnson guy they keep making tributes to in the game, I believe that there’s a big statue of him in the museum in “into the nexus”
I remember when I first played _Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction._ Back in those days I thought that the game was kind of disappointing...However, when now I listen to this song, I feel nostalgia for the game, and for the 2000s in general. It's hard to believe that we are now in the 2020s and this game seems so distant now.
WOW, I had completely forgotten that I made this comment back in 2016...There's no need to mention that Tools of Destruction is even older now. And yes, it was a good game. It's just that for me, Tools of Destruction felt like 7/10, while R&C 2: Going Commando was 9/10. But TOD came 4 years after Going Commando and I was expecting it to be better than the original trilogy, that's my main problem. In fact, I had an even worst feeling about the 2016 "game-based on the movie-based on the game" nonsense. It was supposed to be some kind of Remake, but it really wasn't, and the original game feels more fun to play to me for some reasons. Plus, instead of Dr. Drek, they put Dr. Nefarious as the main antagonist, a character who didn't appear until the 3rd freaking game of the original trilogy. The game wasn't *bad* but I would have preferred the original exactly how the story was, just with modern graphics and obviously some gameplay improvements here and there. Now, that being said, R&C: Rift Apart for the PS5 looks really cool. That one looks even *better* than Going Commando, but I could be wrong so I'm not gonna get too hyped yet until I see more content.
Except it's not, though. If you pay attention to the lyrics, they're…like, half of them are about dancing, and half of them are about how futile life is. It's confusing…but it's not really a feel-good song. :\
i owned all the ratchet and clank games on ps2 then forgot about the entire franchise....then i heard this song on ps home and so was the greatest epiphany of my life...
@@synlerak4302 In my opinion it did. Rift apart will probably have just like the other trash games that released before it a complete nonsense plot, no character personality, it will just "look good" like the other games. Oh wow, a new female or even trans character! Wow teehee! Its pathetic what has become out of ratchet and clank.
I cant get over this damn song, its just so great and better than a lot of songs made today! Props to the createors! Dont know why ppl hate this game so much, its my favorite, from the weapons to the gameplay, 10/10, the nostalgia :)
I know, but it's one planet, a max of 7 weapons, most of the story happens on the same island/ships, Im saying I wish the game was 7 hours long and not 3
I think it is actually "I sense this breathing feeling" because the lyric that comes before is a feeling lyric, that would make it a duplicate and also it is actually break down because "we can" wouldn't make sense for music like this.

I sometimes listen to this song when I'm sad. I came to England when I was 9 (2014) and didn't have a PS3 at the time. The Christmas of that year I got one and I got to play all the Ratchet and Clank games on the console only to get a PS4 a year later. I don't regret my choices at all though cause I still play with my PS3 up to this day. Anyway, this brings back the nostalgia of the good old days. Having a PS3 was kind of the start to a new beginning as I literally used it to learn English by playing games. In fact, I remember people use to question my nationality because I sounded half American and half British lol. Sometimes people even thought I was Irish lmao. Nowadays, my accent's just British though. Anyway, I had to move out of England 4 years later or 3 years ago to put it into prospective. When I moved out things just skyrocketed downhill. This song just brings back memories to when I wasn't stressed or depressed. I used to be happy at the time. Those were fantastic memories and I just wanna cry rn tbh
