I agree! I can't keep up with the man! What I also find amazing is each dish is different than the one before it. Sure, yesterdays was a pork schnitzel, but that was a completely different dish. Normally you see channels building off the previous dishes, like making a sauce and using that sauce for 2 or 3 later videos. Rik starts from scratch with every video. Amazing!

I want him to find some Northern Ireland recipes to show people what is a traditional dish from another country in the UK. King Charles would definitely enjoy Rik’s passion.
I love making chicken schnitzel, but I've never made that delicious curried ketchup before, I usually have it with schnitzel sauce or brown sauce. Thank you Rik! That meal is being made tomorrow for my family!

Are them panko crumbs? They sound louder than the fine crumbs . I use panko for my veal schnitzel and it turns out beautiful ! That chicken sandwich looks delish !
I do something very similar. I season the bread crumbs add lots of parmesan and a few herbs too. None of us like panko crumbs so use ordinary ones. I fry it in half butter and oil and use much less than you. The relish we use is like your ketchup curry but cold. Will have to heat it next time. Thanks
I love a good crispy chicken sandwich,even Popeyes,Wendy’s,Chick a fil,orJollebee,all very good.I would love this one with a lot less curry ketchup,I don’t mind a touch of ketchup,but I don’t like sweetness on my savory food.On a recommendation I tried Maggie hot,and sweet sauce,and though I liked the taste it was too sweet for me,but I found a use for it,I now add a small amount to some of my soups,where it adds a subtle spice,and sweetness.Thanks again Rik,your food is very appealing.😊
In South Africa some of us know curry tomato sauce macaroni salad as a side dish to a bbq. We do like a fried tomato onion sauce (sometimes with curry or chilli) on our sausage buns and cooked maize as well but Ive never seen the curry apple tomato. Made it today for a sausage on a long roll and the family loved the sweet twang.
What's not to love? Homemade classic dish, but open to other ideas. Add a few sultanas to the sauce. Change a layer of cheese for some crispy streaky bacon. Any which way, knocks the socks off the shop bought High Street Rubbish. Cheers Allan&Family

It cracks me up when I hear a cook say "pound out your chicken to make it tender"...What? Unless you're cooking and old stewing hen, chicken is already tender...sod off LOL. Turkey breast is also very good pounded out and flash cooked. Chicken powder is unbelievably versatile. You made two burgers; you could have made four in a stretch. These look very yummy.
