Neeko IG could have easily provided a Korean translator. I think it’s more because they also want to broadcast the Chinese clip to Chinese fans. Saying it in Chinese would be better than to translate it from Korean to Chinese and English.

I don't know if there was that kind of videos the few last year but I think thats really great to do it, then we can see worlds not only as a competition but also passionate player meeting each other and become kinda friend thats cool, i really love it
