You're correct EH is electronic hazard. The boots are insulated so they don't transfer an electronic load.

The leather on these is very stiff compared to my black safety toe with the white sole which has an oiled type leather.

The tan strip is a rubber midsole. Nice boot tho. I have the tobacco colored ones.

How are they in the snow and ice?

Hello friend…I would not use these in snow and ice. The sole is very slippery on ice and snow. The 8” inch pitstops I have for the snow. They have a much better sole for snow and ice and they are waterproof. I talked about the pitstops in a video. Have a great weekend 👍🏽
