He’s got a great story too- dumped by the rebels because he was too small, went up to qld and slept in his managers office till he got a club gig, from there invited to qld reds preseason, got a “basement” contract- dominates the season, then goes onto play every game for Australia that year.

Hunter is originally from south Auckland. Played 1st XV for Mangere college at a young age playing Fly half/Midfield and he was damn good for a small player!! Now he’s playing for the Gold and Green team 💯💯💯🔥
It's like he doesn't obey the laws of physics....I don't understand how someone can be this strong. Tackles the wax out of someone and up and running again in a nanosecond....
He’s Samoan, brought up in South Auckland New Zealand, and moved to Australia for better rugby opportunities 🤷🏽♂️ being a Samoan from south Auckland just says it all!!
So the obvious- size strength speed etc. But on top of that he has amazing timing and spectacular technique.
When you dominate a tackle like this almost all the force is transferred into the opponent. it makes it easier to get up.
It is still mad impressive the speed Paisami does this at!

Smaller version of Brian Lima and Trevor Leota. If he were at least Lima’s size, he’d be more dangerous and scary. Great thing he goes low, so he won’t be getting much penalties with his tackles. Glad to see him get great opportunities in Australia.
