In this episode, we learn about Naxos pride, the famous Graviera cheese with a visit to E.A.S. Naxos and a great demonstration for the making of Arseniko cheese at a real traditional shepherd’s home and animal stable.
Taste some more amazing food from Chef Taki Yiannakis at Apostolis Taverna in Chora, Bakaliaro with Provatsa from Spyros Restaurant in Agio Prokopi and grilled local meats from Apostoli of Kalimera Taverna at Apollona Village.
