I fucked up a $250,000 batch of epoxy at a manufacturing plant lol, and the plant manager I had to explain that to was a former Marine drill sergeant. I heard him chew the shit outta people before so I was expecting that. I went in there looked him in the eye, took responsibility for my fuck up and told him I fully expected to get fired. We had a calm conversation and I kept my job. I ended up leaving the company later because of the bad work hours but I was told I was actually in line for a big promotion had I stayed.

Fur specifically traps heat by design, if you were a cryogenicist with access to super materials I guarantee it would not be fur on your shoulders.

They wanted to ruin a male character.
My guess is that Killer Frost is known to have a smaller/petite/slim frame. They wanted a big strong independant lesbian woman, and they must've thought that turning Killer Frost into one wouldn't have worked as well as trying to gender-bend Victor Fries. The way they did it, that character doesn't feel like Mr Freeze. It feels like crap.
Either way you look at it, it's dumb, but I'm KINDA glad they didn't ruin Killer Frost the way they ruined the Joker, y'know?

Only things is cool is the ice sliding. Not even sure why they have to change backstory....They can just say Victor was sick in this timeline and Nora try very hard to save him at any cost.

To switch roles is also lazy (the Flashpoint gimmick), they could have used other ice themed character. I know this became tiresome, I am sick of the "culture wars" stupidity, but it seems like they literally gender swapped Victor Fries to highlight a lesbian couple... just like that, Victoria is trying to save Nora, blablabla

Mr Freeze is more known to the normies than Killer Frost and people they are trying to rope into the game. People who dont follow DC at all would know who Mr Freeze is. They are basically using his name as a buzzword for their OC.
I'm pretty sure the people who wrote this game...aren't fans of the comics or DC universe as a whole.

I find it so creatively juvenile that each elseworld is just themed around the character you recruit. Like Joker's just a guy, so why did Brainiac destroy his world and make it look like Joker took over? Why does the Mrs. Freeze world have to be frozen like she was responsible? They could have created unique apocalyptic scenarios, but I guess they met their worldbuilding budget or something.
They literally thought, clown world for the clown, ice world for the ice cube.
Apocalypse scenarios would have been interesting, like ice world was because of a ultra attempt to take out Brainiac and it failed.

Primary reason I don't like Concord? Because all characters on that game look on par with this Mrs. Freeze. The gameplay being bad actually comes second to why Concord sucks to me.
I'm so not envying Luke for having to try to unlock "Victoria". It legitimately feels like self-inflicted torture. Poor guy shouldn't have to go through this.

We have to give the devs the benefit of doubt and assume the remaining skelleton crew manning this ship are all actually subcontractors from the southern hemisphere, where the winter theme is on point.
I assume all that's left are interns and people hoping they can get transferred before the studio shuts down. Not counting the higher ups of course, they got their money, they couldn't care less.
So, she's a female Frozone, but nowhere near as cool? That's what her movement reminds me of.

The running theory why it was delayed is the day it originally was supposed to release,the new Infinite Crisis animated film that was Kevin's last recorded film was releasing that same week. People were already dragging SSKTJL on twitter when comparing how Kevin's Batman was protrayed ro SSKTJL.
Imagine the game actually focused on each character having mostly melee combat unique to their abilities, keep the mobility, and change villains make the bad guys a mix if humans with purple eyes and the monsters to make it feel like enemies have variety (imagine shark bitting evil old lady in half XD) .....oh n ragdoll everyone loves ragdoll boom game of the year

Same guns as everyone else? Everything should be ice themed for her. Ice beams, thermal grenades, ice shards acting as bullets, fist melee with the same enhancements from the suit, and some kinda ice based aoe attack where she releases a super cooled gas cloud around her. Ice barriers so she can act as kinda a team support character, shooting her gun below her to launch up for a jump whether it be beam propelled or an ice pillar, and it would be cool if when she's ice surfing the sections behind her can fall onto and stun enemies below. Or maybe they melt and magnify electric based attacks from the team by getting the enemies below wet.

I firmly believe this game had a chance to rebuild- like Fallout 76 did. However, I just don’t see it happening anymore after this update. The gameplay of the new character does look pretty cool, though.

You know Squad is kinda like one of those trainwrecks you can't look away from... I sometimes feel that is a good way to describe seeing terrible games like these pop up. We all know their bad but it just can't help but look at it and pick apart everything that wrong with it. The biggest reason we probably do that in the first place is to understand what went wrong and how it could be stopped or if it can't be stopped an alternative to said events that could be of benifent or lessen the blow.

here's a tip to grind episode rank: Play a bunch of "killing time" the exp you get scales with the mission time. the longer you last. the more exp you get

Yes, we know, they could have done Killer Frost who was actually a member to the squad at one point, but that requires A) giving a shit about the lore of the world you're working with and not changing it for your pretencious egocentric political agenda, or B) they cant get away with making her gay, and they need gay representation apparently? I agree with a lot of your sentiments, but using the idea of a winter season coming out in summer as some sort of point about how bad the game is is really petty and dumb. Who cares when it releases, as long as it's fun. And this does sound like a bit more fun than the last season.

Honestly the only reason I’m gonna play next season is because I’ve been wanting a character with ice powers that skate around like frozone for the longest and Mrs. Freeze gen to it. I’m just gonna pretend her story doesn’t exist. I know the game is just gonna give us a 2 minute cutscene and 2 minute comic origin thing
5:37 iceman called from the 80s he wants his travel mode back! I mean this is literally how he moves about in the comics and the 80s and 90s cartoons they straight up ripped it out of him, I wonder if marvel can claim a breach of rights (I don’t know if its trade marks or copywrong I suspect it’s copywrong as while iceman Bobby Drake is a brand it’s a visual think of his and is more likely to be copywrong).
I also know there isn’t a snowballs chance in hell of getting that argument to stick in legal but it would be funny if this game also got a last minute beatdown from Disney forcing them to change her travel mode.

I wouldn't say I like to watch this game crash and burn, but it's fascinating just how far Rocksteady and the Arkhamverse has fallen.
