Good to see you back, been missing your videos. Learnt a great deal from you already, and looking forward to learning more atari 8-bit development skills
Nice. I'm new to Ataris and picked up a 130XE recently and a SIO2SD, which goes pretty well. I actually have a microsd card formatted for my c64 and just copied the atari files into the root directory and the card works on both systems. haha Will definitely get a SIDE2 as well to have a play. My 130's keyboard has half a row of dead keys tho. from the left shift to the B are all dead. :( So once I fix that, I'll get the side2. Watched a couple of your videos about SpartaDOS and that looks pretty cool.
A while back you had a video where you made a small mod to the 130xe to fix the chrome or color. Trying to find it. My 130xe color is very dull and the hues seem wrong. Something’s not right. I just hooked it up to my composite monitor after a few years in storage. Can you point me to the fix/mod ?
That video was for the 800xl. From what I know, the 130XE's did not have this problem. You can try adjusting the small potentiometer on the motherboard to adjust the color.
@@8bitandmore Yeah, good on 130xe and NIB 800xl i just dug out... the 800xl had a bad ROM socket and two bad rams out of the box. I'm good to go now and going to start doing some assembly coding from your videos!

Great to hear!
Agreed!
I'm glad you're back. Now please don't let us wait until the first video in 2023 where you show us how this works with SIDE3 ;)
My favorite guy is back! Really glad you continue!
That monitor is beautiful. I love CRT technology. The world lost something when we moved to LCDs.
Welcome back! Great to see more videos from your channel! 😎👍
Glad to see you are back.
So happy to see you back!!
Welcome back!
Thanks!
Ohhh, that looks awesome. I think I'm going to try and pick up a side2 cart. Have you tried the Side3 yet?
Looking forward to your new vids.

Where can I get that cool multicolored led display?
It's an Arduino hooked up to an 8x8 led matrix. I can do a video on how to build
@@8bitandmore that would be cool. Is matrix easy to buy?
Great video! Just need to find that FATFS.SYS file
atari8.co.uk/apt/toolkit/
Good video
Wonder how much that sleeve on your arm costs, and how long it took
I bet that shit was painful
Especially the wrist and elbow area
Not too painful, a little expensive lol
@@8bitandmore expensive and more than one visit

@@8bitandmore ahhh ok. I’ll hVe to see if it’s the cable. The convergence is way off. I tried two crts and an lcd.
@@8bitandmore I got a new cable from 8-bit Classics and it solved the problem.
