Can someone at NUX please address the widespread issues people are having with distortion with these systems? Amazon reviews are currently 2.9/5 because of this problem and I am currently on my second set with the same problem. Is this a bad batch that will be recalled and/or replaced under warranty? I really want to love this product (and purchase multiple units for our team) but I am concerned that this has not been addressed. Thanks!

I have this, depending on how hot your signal going into the Transmitter, you either get a lot of fizz background noise or you get the content of your signal distorted through the compression algorithm.

but can you tell me which output from a Mixer it needs?
Does it use line-level or headphone level? Because the connection type with the jack normally means you plug it into a headphone out because basically NO console or mixer has a STEREO Aux out as a Jack. 99% have a mono jack Aux or XLR out. Please tell me which is the BEST and PROPER way to connect and level the B-7PSM because it doesn't have a clipping led too.

I bought the product recently. I sent an e-mail due to the deterioration in the guitar sound. Nu x got back to me via email, thank you for that. Distortion becomes more noticeable when you use the product alone with guitar and pedals, but it is not so noticeable when you use it with your band. Frankly, I do not recommend it; It will be more beneficial for you to buy other products.

Not bad at all , would love to see lower latency less than 3ms like NUX B3 Plus, why don't you use the same circuitry to achieve even lesser latency and longer distance? That would be the best selling point !

You need a mono to stereo lead made. Run the mono hot wire to the tip and the ring of the stereo conection.
