In Los Angeles they usually do the handicap spaces with blue lines and the diagonal loading in blue also, along with the prerequisite signs, threatening Towing....
this looks great, and I think you got a great price. Thanks for sharing. One suggestion when you get it re-striped again sometime in the future is to make sure your handicapped spots are ADA compliant. I think they need unloading zones next to them, and specific signage.
Great change 👌 Onward and upward with the barriers and the hpyed-up do-nutters. IMHO, a modest drone video of the river house would be fun, and welcome 🙏 🖖🙏
They skipped/missed a lot of cracks with the crack fill, which is a shame. All that work they did and those things will re-crack after 1 season cycle just having seal coat on them

Don't lose that guy's phone number. The lot looks so much better.
Yes!
Very nice, great job done, looks much better!!
Now you need to coat the roof so that looks nice too in the drone shots.
but then they cant collect all that free water in the buckets in the attic..

Congratulations! That was a huge improvement! Well done! 👍👍
It looks soooo much better.
Awesome
Great move paving the lot, that looks fantastic.
you need a red line/ no parking sign along the fence
Cool .. you have to seal coat and do the cracks once in a while or you end up having to resurface the whole thing
Definitely was meticulous. Good luck stopping the trucks and burn outs.
Thanks 👍
iron poles filled with concrete, along the sidewalk line
I got a quote for 130k to do a 2 inch overlay on a 48k squarefoot parking lot.
What is that bird cage on the roof?
Tow them immediately
You ever have any of your tennants pay you through an escrow account to keep you from making shortcuts?
I thought yellow striping was for handicapped and white for regular?
@@brandonwisco Don't eat the yellow striping
the guy doing the burnout is prob a disgruntled tenant
