- I've known Iris for 20 years. Iris and Carl were and are one of the most loving couples I have ever met. They were a gold mine of relationship advise for me. They had met when Iris was in her late 20's and stayed together for 67 years. Always touching each other, always making the other feel special, as if they had just fallen in love. Of course they would get mad at each other but they had a rule to never go to bed angry and always resolve it before they went to sleep. Iris is now 102 years old. I got the chance to ask her about her relationship and give some pearls of wisdom.
