So you've got your new ECHOGEAR mount installed and ready to go, but now you need to get it to the perfect viewing angle. Follow along as Handyman Phil walks you through some easy adjustments to perfect your entertainment space.
Not happy with your stud location? This mount has a moveable wall plate allowing you to slide it left or right post install, better positioning your TV on the wall. Simply loosen a few screws, slide the mounting arms to the desirable location, and refasten your screws. Pro tip, make sure you take your TV off the mount before repositioning.
To level, find the adjustment knob on the back of the mount and grab the included hex key and a level. Turn left to loosen. Once in the perfect position, turn right to tighten and fix in place.
Got screen glare? Tilt your TV up or down by adjusting the orange knob on the back of the mount. Either use your hands or grab the included hex key and turn left to loosen and right to tighten.
Now that your TV is perfectly in place with the EGLF3, go on and enjoy your next movie marathon with a bottle of spray cheese.

What’s better eglf3 or eglf2?

Depends on the size of your TV and the distance of your studs. If you have 24" studs I'd recommend the EGLF2, if you have 16" studs both of these will work.
